Hahaha. Both of us seem to be in the minority when it comes to Bani. She's reserved that soft corner. I think I was just expecting her to have a more stronger reaction to Jay considering how much she trusted him and vouched for him constantly, even infront of Veer. Was totally expecting some sort of breakdown. But I am assuming the purpose is that Jay no longer mattered to her enough to elicit that kind of a reaction or emotions from her. Its just how lightly she seems to have taken the betrayal and seems almost to trust him again.... that too so quickly. That was not done for me. Because as we can see, Jay ka koi bharosa hi nahi hai. I suppose that is where it is heading now... Bani actually punishing Jay. I just wonder what will be the final nail leading to it.

I am a sucker for run hugs. So while I am trying to keep my expections low... Mukta Maiyya yeh toh dedo please!

Haha It was a glaring, obvious track to take.. come on. They should have gone with it in the first place. All they did was try to fit the 'inteqaam' angle wherever, possibly because 'Naagin' and the fans too.🤷‍♀️ Veer had more of a reason trying to avenge Aakesh's death anyway.

Exactly how about take revenge for whoever (shukla) killed Teer and Monil. This season is about love not revenge they shoukd just drop the inteqam track now lol

Her revenge against cheels were also baseless. Yeah her revenge against jay and markat will only seems right.

Haha, I think we may be the only two here, but everything you said above is the same for me. I was definitely disappointed in how they handled her reaction to Jai post the reveal, especially after the "ho tum ghulam" dialogue, which indicated her anger. I guess the writers didn't know what they wanted to do with Jai - is he a villain, is he seeking redemption, how do we still keep him involved, blah blah blah - and maybe you like say, it was to show that he had become irrelevant enough for her at this point not to elicit those reactions. That said, initially she didn't care about Veer either and definitely had stronger reactions to his (perceived) crimes.

That's why I was pleased with her line in Sunday's ep "I found a way to forgive you..." which implied that it had been a struggle, and that the betrayal had hurt her. If only we'd seen it...

Maybe now it would matter more to her if he hurts Veer - she may have been able to forgive him for betraying her, but not plotting against Veer, not now. I suppose in a roundabout way that's consistent for her too - her original reason for hating Veer was for what he'd done to Hriday/Jai (as well as making a fool of Naageshwari's naivete), so now if/when Jai plots against Veer, she'll take a stand. IDK. It was definitely disappointing of her to not only forgive Jai but still call him a friend, but maybe now's the moment Mukta makes it right.

And yes, a run-hug would be fantastic!

I guess the revenge will change now...it'll be about Markaat, and hopefully Jai's crimes too.
