veer hates jay so highly doubtful, bani abhi bhi i don't trust tou you never know she could be more forgiving. markat wont give her powers to either of them and that's just that, she can't share her powers she won't be able to bear it so maybe jay figures that out and takes their side accordingly so he can kill bani for her powers. he can't trust markat especially after she only hurt him.

haan kuch raaz hai that's missing na and maybe they all are present when bani finds out, markat then tries to kill her and veer goes to save her but jay also helps. now if jay helps, that means raaz mein kuch tha that he found out that made him want to switch sides.
