This season of Naagin is more focused on the character of the Cheel than the titular one. It is clear from the precap that Veer has been shaken to the core by his alleged twin brother's death, he feels the same remorse that he felt during Noor's death. It is high time that makers should mellow down Bani's mad hatred for Veer, they are the lead couple - one has to tone down. Till now Veer has endured whatever Bani has dished out to him, now time for Bani to see the extent of Veer's rage. Yesterday's episode made it clear that Bani can go through with killing Veer once she sets her mind to it. But Veer will never attack her first, no matter how hurt he's by her, therefore Bani cannot kill Veer. It is that killer instinct, the bad perception which she has regarding Veeranshu, that has to change.. and it must change. Kind of a redemption for Bani because she has done nothing but misunderstanding & blaming him for anything & everything. Veer & Bani's marital bond will be very interesting to watch. Looking forward to it.Originally posted by: libran90
Actually, I am looking forward to shades of Veer's character. And seeing Veer, what I cannot believe is he can hate Bani. Veer does not "hate" people. I can get rage, but not hate. Death too does not shake him. I mean he has grown up with those two cheels who died, and still, he felt nothing. You know the precap so reminded me of Klaus Mikealson. He fought his siblings, stabbed his siblings, his siblings backstabbed him because of his paranoia, but one thing remained constant - no one else touches them. Only he had the right to punish them. Veer is a very complex character. There is such a vast contrast in that incident and this incident - and in both Bani was involved. So what changed?
With Bani hate isn't possible, because the "Aakesh" in him will not let him. His mind may not remember, but his soul remembers her.
