I think they are maintaining social distancing. That’s why we have a limited set of background characters.

But one thing I’ve observed is that Jay is not the only one engaged with his siblings most of the time, veer and Baani also seem to spend most of their time with their siblings. Veer with his cousin gang while Bani with her older sister Meera.
