Okkkaayyy! A rather delicious VaNi-licious episode.I thoroughly enjoyed the episode. It was like watching Pyaar Ki Ye Ek Kahaani all over again. And if you remember villain ka naam - Jay. What a coincidence, EK.😉 Khair, coming to my take on the episode, there were several moments where Sharad nailed it as Veer. Infact, even Mohit as Jai did not disappoint. But I felt Surbhi sometimes fell flat as Bani. Well, I will explain further, so here goes my take.
Synchronicity with Past👍🏼 - I admire the fact that the synchronicity of the present with the past has remained intact. For example, in the past Cheels were given the power to shapeshift first and they were very powerful. Nag and Naagins received their powers later when Cheels were overpowering them. Then comes the Nag, Naagin, and Cheel confrontation. Hriday and Naageshwari met first, so did Jai and Bani, Naageshwari met Aakesh later, so did Veer and Bani. There is a spark between Jai and Bani, which was missing between Naageshwari and Hriday. But there is more than just spark between Bani and Veer, which was there between Aakesh and Naageshwari. So full marks for that.
Veer is Aakesh, but not so much👍🏼 - Okay, so don't get me wrong here. Veer is obnoxious, crude, and insensitive, but somehow he is a little different to Aakesh. There is that underlying sense of subtlety. He is powerful and mean, but phir bhi its not on the face. The obsession within him also has subtlety. The correct description would be Veer is a more refined version of Aakesh. Aakesh had more animalistic aggression in him since he was one. He was a cheel who became human. But in this life Veer is a human who is meant to become a cheel. Also, the thing is, as we keep taking births, there is change within the soul that is being reborn. I think that Veer has a dormant sense of humanity which has been triggered by Bani. Aakesh needed a lot of work to overcome his darkness to walk into the light. But with Veer, it seems that usme woh baat hai, bas taraashna padega. One more thing is that Veer is completely aware of his powers and identity, and he knows how to use it. He has swag and panache as Cheel 2.0.
I totally agree with this 👍🏼
Jai is better than Hriday👍🏼 - Yes, Jai is better than Hriday. There is much more meat to the background of Jai. He has a family, siblings, he runs a business. He is a simple man who has health issues which are actually time for him to become Nag, which is gonna happen pretty soon. Jai had more expressions and more role than Hriday. He comes across as a helpful and genuinely warm guy. And I hope against hope he remains that way. But since there is so much mystery surrounding Hriday, they cannot help him but make him grey. So all the best to Mohit, I hope he will be able to show a different dimension as an actor and would be interesting to watch him go grey.
Jay mujha kuch samjha nahi aaya wo itana week kasa hai veer ka samana their fight seq seriously look like bacha fight and his sister dialogue bhai maar kar hi ana 🙄😆i want tashan wala scene takar ka scene i hope mujha mil jaya 😁
Bani was flat for me 👎🏼- This is completely my opinion, but I felt that Bani was a little flat
ditto finally someone think like me 😆
when it came to emotions. Apart from pain and sadness over Noor's death, she could not convey any other emotion
agree
- neither anger for Veer nor attraction to Jai. The chemistry was much better with Veer, because the emotional range was higher than with Jai. When interacting with Veer, there was agony and anger in her tears, but thoda thanda tha for me.
Her voice very normal when she talk to veer I mean Behan teri best friend ka bara main banda na itana kuch bola uski shadi thod di or tumhari awaaz main gussa hi nahi hai 🙄😆itani achi bhi mat bano 😝😝🤣
And with Jai, she was very thanda. Dialogue bol to rahi thi, lekin kuch feel nahi hua. Uska pain aur anger with Veer thoda bahut phir bhi mujh tak pahuncha, but Jai ke saath, I felt nothing.
👍🏼
Observations (Good & Bad)
Veer and Bani have started on a bad note, but I liked them together. Infact, what I enjoyed was Veer being smitten just at her sight, getting beaten up to see a smile on her face, accepting that he is in love with her, wanting her all to himself. But what surprised me was, why the heck did he have Jai's phone? Why did he pick that up? He had not seen Bani till then. And also Veer itna fast hai ke usne Bani ka number dhund liya, because Jai gave Bani his number, but Jai did not take Bani's number. Honestly, for once I am enjoying the fact that har baar ki tarah Naagin roop aur voice badal ke dhokha nahi de rahi, but Cheel bhi wohi kar raha hai. Dushman ko control karna aata hai Veer ko, aur pyaar bhi usko ho gaya hai. Lekin jab dushman aur pyaar ek Naagin ho, tab kya kya control karoge Veer? Ek ko janmo janmo ka saath nibhana hai, aur dusre ko dushmani nibhani hai. Mazaa aayega.😆😉
As I mentioned Bani was way too flat for me, and I think that will only change with her being the Naagin. Infact, her dialogue delivery was also very flat for me
@bold totally agree
, gussa nahi dikha jo dikhna chahiye tha. Usko Veer se nafrat ho gayi pehli nazar me, like it, feels like ages old hate, but that did not come across to me.
That police wala scene sorry but Surbhi disappointed me here , no voice modulation i felt no pain in her voice
And sabse badi baat. She felt pehli nazar ka pyaar for Jai, when? how? Kuch feel hua kisiko? Sorry, but mujhko bilkul koi feeling nahi aayi. Itna pale aur dull tha uska aur Jai ka chemistry, that I don't know how will they pull off romancing each other. But she still did better in pain and agony which was conveyed to Veer and came across to me, and that anger in her tears was evident. Sahi kaha hai, anokha pyaar hi hai Jai and Bani ka, jahaan pyaar dikhta hi nahi hai.
Bani ko stress hota hai to woh khati hai, but you are telling your sister, your best friend died woman, kaun kitchen me khada hokar khate khate ye baat kehta hai? Matlab ridiculous cheeze dikhane ki bhi limit hoti hai.🤔
I like Surbhi in kitchen scene when she talk to her sister she is good in emotional scene I think
Cheelon ke naam pe yeh bhaiyon ki fauj khadi karni zaruri hai kya? Ek aur Tapish bhai add ho gaya? Kyun yaar?
Bani ki Behan ka liya 😆meera Di ka liya 😝mujha lagata hai 😆
Kyun itni bheed badani hai? Aur pure ghar me ek bhi aurat nahi. I mean Naagin ko khula maidaan de rahe ho khoon ki holi khelne ke liye, kya?😈
Noor died because of Cheel brothers or because of some Nag or Naagin. I mean no one saw her getting killed. Honestly, pure Pyaar ki ye ek kahaani ki yaad diladi ye Noor ke kaand ne. Sabko Abhay hi villain lagta tha, but hota koi aur hi tha. Let's see - asli villain kaun hai? Ye Daddy cheel bhi mujhko asli villain lagta nahi hai.
Precap was interesting and different. Why? Because Veer felt Bani's tears. He felt remorseful. He felt guilty. That I think is light sneaking its way into darkness.😳
Surbhi should work on her dialogue delivery. She just speaks too quickly and hardly makes sense to me. What is the hurry? Dheere dheere bolegi to kuch bigadega nahi uska.
For me Surbhi is OK OK in this epi i like her in emotional scene ,cry scene she look good in that scenes 👍🏼but still she not impressed me that much hope she improve more and impressed me😁 wanting for that moment 😍
Well, that's all from me tonight. Now people, please share your thoughts.
P.S. One more thing I forgot to add as an observation, Naageshwari was cursed for 10000 years, not the entire Cheel clan and Hriday. So what was Veer's dad talking about being cursed for10000 years? And, why is Aakesh/Veer so important for his father? Why does he specifically need him to obtain the Naagmani or any other endeavor, after having Cheelon ki fauj. And are these Cheel brothers the reincarnated six cheels killed by the Nagas? What is so special about Aakesh and Veer's kundali that they need him? I mean apart from being succumbed by light, I think there is something more that is connected to Shiv Mandir and Bani.
