Exactly, Veer and Aakesh have similarities in only one aspect - brutal honesty. Whether that kills or hurts someone, it doesn't matter. Apart from that obsession is yet to be seen in Veer. Nothing has happened yet to trigger any obsession in Veer. He has not even seen Bani yet or interacted with her. Aakesh's obsession was triggered after he met Naageshwari, till before that he was a douchebag only. Just like Veer is right now.

Heard all the buzz around naagin5 so thought of giving it a try.

A intriguing storyline till now.

But I have a doubt??

He is a cheel ,I mean he can transform and all.

He remembers Bani too from the past so why isn't he surprised that Bani is not able to shapeshift???

He does not remember anything from his past life.. In his childhood a snake was running after him, then automatically he became cheel, then his father said him that they r from Cheel clan. So that's what he only knows about him. Otherwise he doesn't know about his past life.. But whenever he met Bani he felt a strong connection with her.. He felt maybe he met her in his previous birth.. He automatically gets attracted towards her, he can't help it, he himself does not why..
