I was disappointed with the news of previous seasons characters being brought back for finale but I was still looking forward to watching it hoping that the episodes might just turn out to be interesting.
But here it was an absolute mess which was barely entertaining to watch. It was more of a headache to be honest.
It doesn't help that the editing was so bad too. Especially for Mouni and Surbhi's dance. I feel bad that their efforts went in vain and the end product was so mediocre when it could have been something really good.
Bela was Mahanaagrani's sidekick. And that too unimpressively so. And though I liked Mouni's entry (especially the VFX of Naag/Naagins in that part) and her character being given so much of importance but the impact was sorely missing.
The only two actors who would be able to leave some impact in this totally horrid unimpactful finale are Sudhaa Chandran and Adaa Khan I believe.
It sucks real bad (especially for viewers who had only followed N3 and not the previous seasons) that the main characters of Bela, Mahir, Vish would barely be shown. Vikrant am glad is dead already. I doubt even he would have had anything to do here when Bela herself has got nothing to do.
As a N3 fan, very biasedly I would say that N3 has had much better episodes than THIS. It's sad that characters like Bela and Mahir, Vish and Vikrant were handed over this raw deal when these were the characters (and of course the story associated with them) was what that made this season a success. Especially BeHir.
Handling multiple actors and characters and making the episode entertaining was done in a much superior way in the Shahnawaz track where everyone from Mahir, Bela, Vish, Shaan had scenes where they shone and made the track super enjoyable.
Maha-producer ji just kindly do not bestow us with your Maha-writing ever again _/\_
