With the latest promo creating lot of buzz in the show...it would be really illogical to show Bela as shivangi...but since Bela is pregnant...maybe they can show that Bela's child is recarnation of Shivangi!!!
Though makers are just trying to get us stick to the show which we have left!! Lets see what it holds!!
