In Hindu mythology, Andhaka often refer to a malevolent asura who is killed by Shiva for trying to abduct Parvati despite being their child. His story finds mention in various Hindu texts, including Matsya Purana, Kurma Purana, Linga Purana and Shiva Purana. He is believed to have thousand heads, two thousand eyes, arms and feet.

In the Shiva purana when Shiva was meditating on Mandara mountain, Parvati who was in a playful mood covered Shiva's eyes due to which the whole universe was covered in darkness. The sweat that oozed out of Parvati's hands due to her touching Shiva, fell to the ground and created a horrible looking and blind boy. Parvati was terrified on seeing him; however, Shiva said that since he was born due to their physical contact he was their child.

Shiv ji killed andhka coz he choose his own death ithat he could be killed only if he lusts after a woman who is like a mother unto him

Because he is too abhorrent. HE looked so repulsive he was abandoned by his parents; to live a life of hardship and rejection. Then he did a rigorous tapasya to please Lord Brahma and asked for a boon; but, lord Brahma warned that he could be killed by lord Shiv if he could not control himself.

After he got the vardhan from lord Brahma; he practically was so high and mighty; invincible and undefeated. And somehow by a twist of fate; he lusted after devi Parvati and abducted her somehow.

In ramayana andhka is killed by shivji 3rd eye

And in mahabharata maa kaali ji killed andhka not from her 3rd eye

In any sources he was killed by Shivji.
