I feel krish is mahir and bela knows it..she is just going with flow just to make her enemy that they are succeeding in their plan..if you have seen vyom death scene in which bela identified that he is not mahir through hiseyess.
If you have seen precap his eyes expressions are not mahir's bela can not call him as mahir..krish is much more related to mahir in terms of eye expressions.
And the way bela is denying all the hints that krish is giving related to mahir seems like she know and she is denying it just to save mahir from enemy clan.
Either the person who is with ruhi is yuvi in mahirs attire or krish..and enemy clan doesnt know that there is some one called krish in bela's life according to them mahir is dead there is no way bela will deny that he is not mahir unless she sees real mahir
