Well obviously even though they are seasoned actors, sleeping in some random girl's lap is bound to be an awkward experience. With Jo, they have been working together for months. So the comfort level is there. Also they have a chemistry. Which he clearly lacks with Aaditi. That shows in the scene.

Individually the actress maybe good, but compared to Jo, she dims.
