Mahir took vish to room, at time, I thought mahir might be faking ML, so vish uncomfortable ho jaye and uspe Nazar Rakh sake, isliye room me le ja Raha hain. But nahi fir to real ML dikhaya, to USS scene ki kya zarurat thi. Room sharing scene is not required at all.

And yes mahir can surely ask for sometime, so he can remember something, there is no need for marriage now. Vish koi kunwari ladki nahi hain , ki pregnancy news phell Gai, to badnam ho jayegi. She is already married to Yuvi .so family can wait for sometime

And most important, Bella has proof that they were happy after their marriage. She can show diwali dance and etc videos in which behir and yuvish were happy with their respective partners.
