After this dialogue, CVs have to show Mahir tying mangalsutra and putting Sindoor. Otherwise it doesn't make sense.

One way to look at it is, Mahir never had a girlfriend or an affair. He is enjoying that phase after divorce. And anyways the divorce has not been filed yet so come it os os binding.

I guess Mahir is throughly enjoying the whole naughty boyfriend thing. His dialogues like ab nakhare mat karo and all.

For divorce to happen it has to go to court ..just signing divorce papers does not come under . Divorce.

Yes mahir just tying mangslsutra again would be. Apt ..but then again really it's not essential as per court divorce did not happen

Bela ready for marriage with Yuvi without official divorce. Looks odd but then it is in the family ..so we can think from Yuvi Sumi Andy perspectivev..formal. Divorce procedure will happen later so they just proceeded with marriage

Since marriage did not happen and no official divorce ..they r married couple now
