Mahir and vikranth being brothers would make mahir belong to the same naag vansh and rival to bela. So that would be improbable.

Mahir and vikranth being step brothers can be a possibility. They being cousins is another possibility.

But best case would be they not being related at all 😊.

I would vote for them not being related in any way. Vikrant is from an enemy clan. Mahir is human (as of now). I hope it stays that way. No relation in between them in anyway. 😳
