There can be two possibilities

One,She was emotionally overwhelmed when she saw how bela was concern and possessive for her and beating bela and sabse pehle usika naam liya bela ne.

Two,vish is sad or angry(it was not clear) because bela took sumi maa and mahir's name bela ka unke taraf concern dekhke gussa hoga

And in the next episode preview when Bela was saying ki gussa ho mujhpar maine tumhare pyaar ko maar dia...I think Vish was abt ko hug Bela or something...Sorry bhi bol sakti hai...and ya as naagrani Bella got her priorities straight today...Shaan promised Vish he wud marry her and played with her most so Vish first..Sumi maa's life was threatened so sumi next...Then others...And Mahir was not even in Shawn's plan directly so he is Bella's private matter so he comes last but not least...Hope BeVish is restored for now and atleast kuch din to Vish mahir ko maaro nagging stop karegi...And that Behir scene in jungle I expect a return of favor with interest 😉and behir romance😃

Muje laga she was playing trick to divert everyone attention

Even mahir thought that

All this line was said by her to herself.If she was hyptonized then when did he hyptonize tab bean nai baja tha Mahir k sath ayi she was behaving normal bela ko bol rehi yad karo.All this is very confusing
