mahir cant be incarnation of lord shiv coz lord shiv will not marry bela as lors shiv will only marry goddess parvati
mahir can naagraj vasuki who is actual owner & protector of naagmani , he is brother of sheshnaag & kings of all naags & naagin
i guess mahir will some one related 2 suryavanshis , rithik's family as per naagin serial only a suryavanshi male can lift d naagmani from its original place.
