Small blooper of yesterday

Hi everyone im new here, i never watched naagins first season so sum facts of the show r still new for me so i am trying to understand

So i noticed a blooper in yesterdays epi,when shivannia was putting teeka on everyone forehead she had mehndi on her hands n when she was about to pull rockys nose she was just wearing a single bangle n no mehndi lol... really the camera bloopers should be sorted by time in indian television.. sometimes it seems really odd
