Vidhi's Father and Dev- how will this evolve

Vidhi 's father -(Hariprasad is it?) Has only been singing praises of Dev so far.

He was inspired by Dev and took a job.

He is so impressed with how Dev has helped Vidhi pass her exam. He even was ready to send Vidhi for MBA because Dev suggested it.

Up till now according to him Dev sir can do no wrong. Dev is wise and been giving genuine advise and has Vidhi's best interest in mind.

I'm curious to know how his POV and attitude towards Dev would change? Would it change at all? given that they've already shown his bias regarding Pratap n his wife's marriage.or would he be accepting of their relationship?

Bawaal hoga aur kya. Everything Dev has done for Vidhi till now will be judged as ensnaring her. We know everything is innocent and pure between them but we also know how the mind of people like chachi works. She will poison Hariprasad for sure against Videv.

this and Satyawati's resistance to ladies dont go out to work.. are 2 biggets plot points if this plot other than ViDev age gap.

and once age gap things sorted (between ViDev mutually) the next big thing would be Hariprasad and his preconceive notion abt couple with age gapes.

and just how you wrote.. same statements echo in my mind every time Hariprasad becomes a puddle of goo and gives in in front of Dev's mention. And i immediately get this scary feeling.. like legit scary wali knowing how Loud and Ruthless Hariprasad becomes when he points fingers at someone. All the changes we have seen in him are cause he had his northstar as Dev sir. and for him Dev sir can do no wrong at any cost. so if he finds Dev sir fallen for Vidhi... it would break his trust on Dev, his northstar and i really doubt he will accept it without putting a fight. Cause he got hurt, and those wounds would pain n bleed.. so a big ugly fight is what i am foreseeing.

and on the contrary.. Dev is one softhearted, family man, who never raised his voice (except being jealous).. he takes care of his family so well. Handles Vidhi like a delicate doll... his mannernism and everything abt him screams soft n delicate.

So the face off between the both would be Heartbreaking for me, for Vidhi but it would be a Terrible experience for Dev.

Dev gonna have real tough time to first come to terms with Hariprasad's anger, not to blame himself for manipulating a gal half of his age, not to get guilt tripped by Amba for lusting over a small gal... seeing his personality so far how softy he is.. i am already worried abt the aftereffects of Tsunami of The faceoff.

Its scary to even think about it😭 I don't think he will easily agree. He is way too much trust in Dev and has almost put him on a pedestal. He has literally left his daughter under Dev's care. Even in today's episode, the way he is telling to Arjun and Vidhi that Dev has trusted them with this work they shouldn't disappoint him shows how much he respects him. But once he knows that ViDev love each other his whole perspective about Dev will change. He may even think everything Dev did was an act only to trap his young daughter. He is never going to agree for all this easily. He can't bear his wife's friend marrying a man 20 years older to her, so when it will come to his daughter he will go mad. Can't blame him though. No one is wrong in this situation neither ViDev as one can't really control who they fall in love with nor Vidhi's father who will be worried for his daughter's future.

You have said it all💔 my heart goes out for Dev after reading this. He really needs to be strong to go through all this. And the fact that he is sucha softie makes me more sad. He just doesn't deserve all the things he will have to go through 😭😭

@bold- agree completely!! Ek baar ke liye Hariprasad bhi maan jaye but don't know how he is going to convince Satyavati. He can't disobey her nor can he say no to Vidhi. He himself has filled so many dreams in her so he can't say abb yeh sab bhul jao. Moreover he hasn't supported Priya also toh voh bhi behti ganga mein hath dhoegi😆 and will taunt him saying he never stood up for her but when it comes to Vidhi everything changed blah blah

Especially the last bit about Dev being a softie.. he is isn't he.. though he macho n so put together, when it comes down to this i think he will be someone who will have a heartbreak.

Hariprasad most likely will do a 180° turn.

Yeah, nobody is wrong in their own perspectives. But like u said Hariprasad is going to have a tough conflicting time, seeing the man he had put on a pedestal making such grave mistakes ( in his opinion)

Since we are talking about Dev being a softie and when it all boils down i hope we get scenes where the two are comforting each other and being each other's strengths. It will be lovely to watch Dev despite being broken standing strong for Vidhi n vice versa
