He is a very well known theatre artiste and director and a top actor. I have seen 4-5 of his plays they are just too good.

All said and done Sudhir Sharma has a knack of identifying the right actors for the role

Yes he has the eye for spotting talent...credit goes to him for finding Mohan and Megha in Kunal and AS!
