Addu ended up with a tattoo , so he had to be confined somewhere at some time! Munna is acting on all the brainwashing he's received over the years, his belief may even be that Mohan arranged his kidnapping and confinement after all!

He's trying desperately to malign Mohan before Megha since he still believes they're a couple. Once he discovers the actual truth re his tragic circumstances he may begin to heal and eventually with help accept Mohan for who he really is!
