Megha is supposed to be fuming with anger but the way she is reacting to Mohan and her self talk does not depict so

Guess she is trying to make him understand He has done something very wrong..and he should be guilty about it!

If she doubts his love for her, then that would be too lame! She anyhow knows that he loves her!
