Till the slap, I was completely fine with Megha's character as it was shown very clearly and logically. She is not in love with him but she is also unable to explain to herself what is he to her. She got scared, panicked, and hence slapped him when Mohan puhsed her into a corner. AFter that we did see Megha subconsciously doing things that indicated to us viewers that she is in love but she herself has not understood it yet. This is because she is not dwelling into this. She immediately pulls in that AMAR sheild so that she need not think.
Then the letter happened. Since Megha had not read the letter, i really had hoped that when she reads it she will atleast understand. Frankly this usage of the letter is a big disappointment for me and i hope one day she does realize that it was Mohan who wrote that letter.
Then we see Megha getting agitated at Mohan when he agreed to take up the work. She was getting too worried. She did at last tried to stop him but there too she left that statement unsaid as to what is Mohan for her. Her words - main isse kho nahin sakti - so are these merely as a friend?? Or was this said because she has got used to him as she said today??? Megha's this flow of thoughts is not being shown properly. A person either will have doubts that what she feels for a guy is more than a friend and she will fight it or dwell into it to find answers, OR she will be sure that she does not have any feelings for a guy and in that situation she will be firm with that guy and will not be afraid to face the guy.
So here when Megha talked today about Mohan becoming her sahara and family members being happy if she decides to marry him - frankly this DID NOT sit well with me. I do understand why she does not want to marry him. She does not love him and ofcourse she does not want to be the cause of Mohan splitting with his MOM.
Other than Megha's thought process the episode was better than yesterday. Atleast it made me laugh a bit when papaji was really proposing marriage to Mohan :). Poor guy...and ofcourse Mohan's dialogs cracked me up !!!!!!!!!!!!!! But atleast papaji is sensible enough to think that Mohan is a good guy and he will be fit for Megha and the kids.
Par our Mahan Megha will ofcourse say that she does not want to marry Mohan. And if Mohan confronts her, I want to see what excuse Megha gives this time.
MIL suddenly wanting Megha to get a good husband - oh well, good enough.
Renu is her usual which is actually a blessing. Atleast this character is consistent.
I do not know at this point what else should i say. I guess Mohan bechara is going to be rejected, dejected again tomorrow. New person's entry - will reserve my comments till i see how he steps in and what role does he have to play. Par really Megha is a great lady!!!!!!!!!!! She is willing to risk her kids life by marrying someone else to save Mohan and she still does not realize she loves Mohan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
