Hello All, am back with my week's synopsis. Ofcourse i cannot do a episode by episode review as Facebook will not allow me to post that .. lol ... so I will talk about the ones that impacted me in the week, that stood out as NBTish.
Now coming to the speculations of a marriage track, i still personally think that it is far off. We still require Megha to first accept the truth to herself, come to terms with the fact that she does love Mohan. Then the guilt trip will poke in, it will not at all be easy for her to accept a marriage proposal. We have the society to think about and most importantly the Vyas family has just started thinking of Megha's remarriage ... they have yet to think ofa groom and am sure due to the dangerous profession that Mohan is in, papaji might not think of Mohan. And lastly Indu has to agree. So having so many road blocks ... marriage is still far!!!!!!!!!!!! So lets relax and see how things evolve between MM and the Vyas pariwar. And we still are awaiting the great Mr Bhatnagar :)
So finally coming to the episodes, the things that caught my attention are the nuances shown in MM's character, how Guru still is such a necessity in Mohan's life and ofcourse him acting as Mohan's wife :), Nanhi's wiseness ispite of being a kid, and the bold Prerna.
Let me start with Prerna. I loved the fact that she is shown running PL and is not moping over Prateek. It feels so good to see a woman take the reigns and continue with her life irrespective of facing such a bad phase. Hats off to her!!!!!!
Nanhi, awww what a sweetheart you are to both your mom and Mohan. I really feel you are clear in what you want and what you think rather than your mom!!!!!!!!!!!!! I loved the fact that there was continuity on Monday about the baarish, nanhi asking Megha about the rain, how this is the first baarish and how Megha loves the rain :) :) and then she talks about her spiderman. This girl really talks and breathes spiderman!!!!!!!!!!!! So i wonder Megha how will you ever succeed in NOT thinking about Mohan when your daugher talks about him so much!!!!!!!!!! And it was so cute of Nanhi to tie that knot again, i love these small simple but unique things that NBT shows. We can relate to this so much :) So Nanhi dadimaa will continue to be that - dadiamma and a little angle - to both MM. The way she makes Mohan drink that kadha..awww and then the way she says to Mohan ki bachon jaise se harkat karte ho ... LOL ... so true!!!!!!!!!!!! This angle is very much needed for MM in their future journey as am sure they have ample number of road blocks ahead.
Guru bhai, yet another saviour of MM. This guy is a gem really. Sometimes i really do not know what to talk about him, i mean i sometimes fall short of words. The way he understands Mohan even without Mohan having to say anything much, the way he shows his wifey side to Mohan and ofcourse the wisdom that he showers sometimes. I loved the scene where he tells Mohan that things happen for a purpose. I personally am a firm believer of this fact that everything happens for a purpose, nothing is a coincidence. So the letter being misinterpreted as written by Amar indeed has a greater purpose and am sure we will see that in the future. The immediate purpose that i see is that it has sown the seed of remarriage for Megha in papaji's mind and that is a positive sign. So Guru, hats off to you for being there for MM :).
jiji bua is yet another angel. As i had mentioned already on Friday, this lady has used herself as an example to show papaji that Megha should not spend her life the way she is doing now. Loved jiji through and through as her character is the one that is very much consistent.
Coming to that Letter, I loved how Mohan had worded the letter!!!!!!!! I had hoped that the letter will be read by Megha or jiji par i guess papaji has to read it as a thought of remarriage had to be put in him. The letter being found in Amar's, that mood, and also the way the letter was worded; all these could lead to the conclusion that the letter was indeed written by Amar. Bechara Monu was just standing still and taking this all in. I really felt bad for him as he did for himself later when he was sharing his thoughts with Guru. But i am hopeful that if and when megha reads that letter she will know that it is from Mohan. I think that is why Megha was absent at that point and I am sure CVs have different plan in mind regarding this. Let me wait and watch. But I want Megha to read that letter as it is very imp for her to know Mohan's feelings. The letter also made me think again that Amar and Mohan are so similar in many ways. Ofcourse they have their own uniqueness but they are similar in some of the principles. Mohan is impulsive, he thinks about himself, he is straight forward. Amar is a perfect guy, he does things meticulously and wil planning. Mohan is more spontaneuos. And the line in the letter that spoke about Megha's smile, this line is a striaght give away that the letter is not written by Amar :). Anyways, i really did love how this entire scene played out and the significance of this letter. Very significant and beautiful words used by Mohan.
And finally to MM, phew, what shades of nuances shown!!!!!!!!!!! Mohan, on Monday i expected you to be angry, frustrated, but not cry yaar!!!!!!!!! You have the spunk, you are an optimistic guy and hence you are not the one to give up!!!!!!!! So i was so very glad to see that nonchalance attitude of yours towards Megha on the Thursday episode in PL. First of all i loved to see PL :). It just energises me to see that office and its people, brings a smile on my face. So coming back to few more things on Monday, did you guys notice MM's reactions after they came home???? Mohan, in his frustration, was throwing things around and Megha, in her frustration, was cleaning up the mess near the fountain :). So one sort of messes things around and the other cleans things up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is such a balance between them, is there not?????? I loved this aspect of MM's character. As we all know, Megha is in a denial. She is using Amar as a sheild. She is also scared, wants to escape and hence when she was cornered she acted. But can the mind fight with the heart for long???? The things that we do subconsiously is directed by the heart. And that is what we saw Megha doing when she put that kadha for Mohan, when she was fidgeting in office when she heard that Mohan is taking up that mafia case. She is now so helpless that she is just acting as she really feels. When she is thinking she does do what her mind says .. that she loves Amar ... that no one else can take Amar's place. She also mentioned the same fact after she asked Mohan not to go. Then also she said ki nahin rokun to mujhe chain nahin hoga aur rukun to phir se woh galat matlab lega!!!!!!!! Megha, Mohan ko saff dikh raha hai ji, it is you who is fighting and am happy that you are losing it dear. Loved it when Prerna asked ki Amar ke bare mein baat karna hai and she says nahin, Mohan ke bare mein...LOL. Oh Megha, pls accept the fact and you will be in some peace. Atleast tell yourself the truth as you deserve it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And by the Megha, when you had a doubt that Mohan is going for this dangerous job because he wants you to admit or make you admit; does this not imply that there is something to ADMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And Mohan...just loved the nonchalance andaz in him on Thursday!!!!!!!! His indifference but his knowing the fact that she does feel but she is not accepting. His softening of the eyes when he sees her agitation :). Kunal, you are fabulous, pls keep up the GREAT work. And the best dialog that he throwed at Megha was asking her to claim her "haq". Hamdard nahin hoon aur na hi dost, iske alawa kuch aur hoon to rok lo, main ruk jaunga. This guy is so genuine that he just wants her to accept the truth. He is not asking for anything else :).
Nothing much to say about the Friday episode as it fuzzed out for me as well.
Now about what will happen next...we might have lots of drama where Megha will blame herself as she had called out Mohan, Indu might blame Megha, Megha might distance herself more from Mohan... sigh, more and more drama OR NBT might surprise us with its much used subtelity and take a different path with Megha finally accepting her feelings. Lets see how this proceeds.
