I think that Shaan is the only captain who loves his team selflessly, and want the best for his team members. Of course, everyone wants to win and be at the top of the race. Shaan too wants to win, but more for his TEAM than himself. It is not easy to stand up against a great music director who can make or break your career. Neither Shreya nor Mohit has the guts to do so. And if my memory serves me right, most of Mika's anger or outbursts have been mostly against Shaan or his team members, including his baseless comments about Anwesha and Debojit, and also against Mohit when he questioned him about the raga. But it has rarely been against Shankar or Himesh.

Shaan is the only deserving winner in this show for his fearless judgment, for being the best mentor for his team, for giving equal chances to all his team members, for bringing out the best in each of his team member so much so that each of them have got a SOD and for not thinking about the consequences while fighting for justice.

Loves his team selflessly?????? If you love your own team its selfishness.If you do something for others its selflessness. Please check the dictionary.😆

We are talking on a personal basis,loving ur team selflessly means working in favour of the team and not trying to promote ur own self.
