Here is a suggestion....

1.Get people to pm you on who would like to be MOW
To begin with we will use the regular posters - I dont think we have a lot of regular posters - I'd say less than 10? We may have a lot of people who visit the site but not a lot of regular posters...
lets look at the regular posters...
not in particular order here just random...

Jem, Ange, Ash, myself, Himani, Celina, Meetu, Reema, Dayita, Varun, Rani, Trisha, Londoner

Because, we have to get started and if not it will delay the process to much

If anyone else wants to join later then they can p.m you and you can add them first come first serve basis.

What I am trying to avoid is using a voting system where it will create some unpleasantness. 😭 We have a very small group of friends here and as I believe we are each others friends as well ... we are not talking about 20 people...its really difficult to pick one over another

We know everyone's real names as this point so may be we could use the real names - then its more informal and friendly right? 😛

I too agree we really should not take a lot of time...Lets say every one interested in taking part can p.m you within the next 3 days and we can get started.

Please let me know what you think and also if you need any help. 😛
