Hmm, I can suggest Andorra as well as Antigua and Barbuda. Unfortunately, both country names end in "A".

In fact, there are at least 30 countries of the 192 members of the UN whose names end with "ia". For instance,

Bolivia, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Columbia, Croatia, Eritrea, Estonia, Gambia, Georgia, Guinea, INdia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mauritania, Mongolia, Nigeria, Namibia, Santa Lucia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Serbia, Slovenia, Tunisia, Lithuania, Latvia, Liberia, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Austria, Australia, Armenia, Algeria, Albania, Bolivia, Macedonia, Somalia.

Plus, there are several other country names that also end with an "a", e.g., Costa Rica, Argentina, Botswana, China, Canada, Cuba, Korea, Eritrea, Ghana, Guatemala, Guyana, Jamaica, Papua New Guinea, Kenya, Libya, Malta, NIcaragua, Panaga, Moldova, Samoa, Rwanda, Tonga and Uganda.

So, any which way, you almost always end with an "a".

How about changing the rules such that you start with the second letter of the country name preceding. For instance, the last person suggested "ALbania", so I would offer "Lesotho". Just a suggestion.
