no no sonali ...Chandragupta Maurya is being shown currently every weekend on Imagine channel . Quite a good show though sometimes dramatized , its pretty good . Its not OVERTLY dramatized like other historical fiction shows . The boy is good and so is actor playing Chanakya .

I wonder if Manhar knows Chandru and Bro's love story . Of course he must . They r all from one village . I wonder if he knows Big Bro carried the torch for Chandru . He must be having quite a friendly relation with Chandru even though he may be unaware of how BB insulted His bro .Only Baa knows about that insult .

Btw Im POSITIVE Chandru will join the GOOD GANG . She will be instrumental in turning Ishvar around when he is at his BADDEST . She will be often used by CVS for this purpose . She will be the Desiree of Napoleon .

@Kools I doubt Manhar knows Chandru.. Chandru n her dad are IM's mumbai connection rite.. besides only Baa knows of the whole deal not even Bapuji.. as for Chandru joining the good gang.. I once saw this bengali/hindi movie called Choker Bali that proved beyond doubt that being a pious sadhvi is mutually exclusive with being good and idealistic.. I hope the makers here take a cue.. and make Chandru real.. as it is she is real.. coz her whole lifestyle choice was selfish.. for her own peace.. not thinking about other's and sacrificing her welfare for them.. rule no1 on goodness gracious😆

Oh.. this MAURYA SHOW is new.. I think the old show was Chanakya. if m not wrong.. was long back for my memory to prevail anyways

Yes the old show was Chanakya . This one beats it .

Oh , IMV BB incident happened in Mumbai , is it . I thought Mangrol . As BB was from Mangrol too . Oh but ur rite , Ishvar left Mangrol to come to Mumbai and perhaps got a job on BB's Pedhi with those 4 boys . And was thrown out for daring to love the boss's daughter .

Yes I think Chandru was selfish . Am keeping my lips sealed at the moment , but She was more selfish than Dali .Dali was a hopeless alcoholic ...I regard h im as a sICK case . But Chandru left her daughter voluntarily . Thats awful .

yup.. but you know what I once thought of something similar.. when I was watching devil wears prada.. 😆 ok trust me I am trying to go somewhere with this.. I wondered what Meryl Stteep's personal life would have been in the fiction.. the non-commital women are hard to come by.. and its almost always a struggle for identity or peace.. I see it this way.. she could have not been any good for herself.. far from it for her child.. like completely drained and incapable emotionally of any reciprocation.. of even motherly insiincts.. she could have believed she would be no good as a daughter and mother had she gone back as she was rather empty.. and decided about the whole thing.. or I could be totally off and it was a rather impulsive out of frustration reaction.. but just the news of Deepti and Chandru is making us introspect so much.. likes it.. 😆

Again ...ur right sonali . I usually rant and afterwards almost immediately say to myself ...but who am I to judge . One really has NO idea of what that mind went thru to go to that point and take the decision of leaving or commitiing sucide . Its all very well for us to label them selfish or cowardly . I start feeling judgemental ...and this is a fact .

Chandru's explanation will be interesting. This show will give her a powerful , touching dialogue .
