Sahir has gone back to regain the attitude where he does not give a damn about Isha as he said on the day he confronted Isha. So now by pretending to be all cool with Shreya and the whole relationship thing he is just making that point. He is just telling her that if she cannot give respect to the most dear things in his life like his self respect and passion then he is no fool to keep on caring about her feelings that seems most dear to her when it comes to him. So in my POV this thought is good enough. Plus I find the secret admirer thing stupid. Its making no sense at all as of now.

But yes what appalled me is the new promo where he is making out with someone and Isha sees that :/

Yup I agree he is doing all of that because he cares for his self repect more than her and I don't feel there's anything wrong in that..but initially even he couldn't stand Shreya and now just for hurting Isha, he's kind of tolerating Shreya..Maybe eventually he may find Shreya sweet and all but right now its not like he has some great opinion about her..So I just feel maybe if this continues for too long,he himself won't be able to handle it. I don't feel he should forgive Isha that easily but this whole fake relationship thing is stupid .

The promo!..Till now I felt he's just trying to provoke her but that makeout..I was like he actually did that??!. So just to show Isha that he doesn't give a damn about her,he isn't thinking of his actions..It maybe this or probably there's a large part of Sahir we don't know at all ..whatever it is ,but I'm awaiting Shantanu's performance.. Its been long I've seen him dance..

Acc to today's promo ,UC is Isha's secret admirer... My face is combination of this😲😕🤢Anyway I wasn't expecting a new entry here..:P

P.S yeah agreed she is tolerable but she keeps clinging onto Sahir every time.
