Another bumper episode for PurVir fans…yeh episode toh itna achcha hai ki mujhe se khushi bhi bardaasht nahi ho rahi❤️❤️
In first scene Juhi is shown doing champi to Manas since his head is aching and Purvi joins them by doing champi for Juhi! Vir comes into the room surprised to see them not studying; Manas asks him to do champi for Purvi to which Vir replies all this work is meant for nai (barbers) & lugai, not for men! Purvi indignantly complains that it always expected that women look after the house, kids & husband but if the husband is asked to help ,it hurts their pride…she calls him chid-chida babbar sher😆 I must say Purvi plays Vir like a fiddle…she knows exactly what to say to get him to co-operate…aur wohi hua, Vir immediately gets up and starts massaging Purvi’s head! Entire jungle family was looking sooo adorable😳
A special shout-out for Juhi here…this scene shows that in the last 5 years when Vir was absent as a father, Juhi had not only been an elder sister, but almost a mother to Manas; it must have been Juhi who comforted him when he was afraid, held him when he cried and made him smile when he was sad!
Purvi speaks to Anjali about Bhuri, Anjali pretends to confront Bhuri but bhuri puts both of them in their place…waah bhai…inke naukaron ko bhi kita attitude hai!🤔
Next, Purvi is getting late to reach college and tries to leave without eating but Vir insists on her eating since she is going for an exam. So in the car, Vir feeds her while Purvi is revising for her exam… the entire scene is so adorable that no words can do justice to it…you have to see it for yourself! On reaching the college he sweetly wishes her luck and says mera mann keh raha hai kit u aaj pareekshamein bahut achcha karegi! Purvi smiles and thanks Mukhi and his mann coz aapke mann ne kuch kehna toh shuru kiya 🤣 This girl I tell you…that’s why I love her…she speaks straight from the heart…seedhi baat, no bakwas! Dialouge maar kar she walks off, leaving a stunned Mukhi staring at her🤣
In the exam hall, the Principal (new??) comes in and asks everyone to stop writing as they wanted to check everybody’s bags for the leaked paper. That paper is found in Purvi’s bag and she is rusticated. Karan shows up in her support and faltu dialogue maarta hai that he is also ready to leave his exam if Purvi is being punished. Sudha being smart as always, immediately calls up Vir and tells him everything…I think Sudha has Vir on speed dial😆 Purvi hands over her ID card and runs out of the exam hall. As she comes to the entrance she sees Vir stepping out of his car, she runs into his arms and clings to him crying bitterly, Vir is taken aback for a moment but then consoles her and wipes her tears He assures her that he trusts her and will fix everything! Another very sweet scene In the principal’s office Vir tries to convince the principal but when he refuses, Vir calls the police to investigate the matter.
Back home, at night Purvi & Vir are discussing who could have done such a thing, Vir thinks it is Karan but Purvi says he is only person who supported her today and Vir gets even more suspicious on hearing this. In this scene, Vir is stretched out on the bed, with Purvi massaging his feet…I usually don’t enjoy such displays coz they tend to glorify the whole pati-parameshwar thing. But the scene was so beautifully shot…they both looked so natural & comfortable that one just cannot call it regressive!
Next day, while dropping the kids to school, Purvi sees Bhuri coming out from a jewellery store. On investigating, she finds out that Bhuri was trying to sell off an old ring! Purvi decides to follow Bhuri and to search her room!
All the PurVir scenes today were very adorable…what I enjoy most about these two is that there is no sho-sha, no posturing…all their scenes are so very natural and free of any awkwardness
The star of today’s episode was clearly Virendra Pratap Singh ❤️❤️ In the last 2 episodes, Vir has broken many myths of ITV. We are always used to seeing women looking after the needs of the family while men lord it over the same women who slog day & night to make their life comfortable. Whether it is making tea for Purvi while she is studying, or overseeing her & the kids’ pre-exam prep, or giving her a champi in order to relax her and of course ensuring that she eats before the exams…Vir has proved that he is not just any other toxic male lead from ITV who hide behind their false egos. Our Vir is a real man who takes pride in the achievements of his wife and is willing to support her in everything.
As a viewer it really makes me proud that our man is an alpha male in the true sense of the word
