Kranti- Stage I, II &III

So far, I have seen her character graph shape up in three major chapters-

1) Chapter 1- When she was single. Firebrand Krantikari, loyal to the core to her adoptive parents ( even the evil mami) , loved her sister Nirmal, was dedicated to her cause, loved Taujee, mamaji. Was full of grace, but really full of spunk and had a mission in life. The girl Raj noticed, and was intrigued by. She used to rile him, and it made him mad. But she dint care what he thought or did. She had her own priorities in life. This girl died when Taujee died. This has been the most likeable avataar so far.

2) Chapter 2- The broken girl who was sold off to a drunken, old womaniser. To add to her humiliation, the old wolf was a masochist and a wife beater. Add to it, the whole family was a bag of slime.. and we saw a new silly Kranti, who took all the atrocities, in the name of 'stoking up fire' for a big revenge. We saw a momentary spark of the erstwhile fire, when after being widowed, she took the slimy family in her confidence, and killed two birds with one stone. Loved the way she cornered and snared Raj.

Not a very likeable Kranti, but still, that last fire was noteworthy.

3) Chapter 3- Hmmm.. A new Kranti, with a new mission. To destroy her 'husband's' reputation, his life, his credibility. Basically, destroy him. How, by standing up to him, in every possible way. How does she do that? By continuously being cynical, sarcastic, by goading him.. and acting as an in-house spy.. A set range of emotions, and dialogue delivery, and almost identical verbal volleys. So much so, that the eye locks look almost artificially embedded in the sequence.
This new sketch has not done anything good to Kranti's character. If being mean, sarcastic and spewing acid is one's way to take revenge, I like this chapter the least.

To top my fear, I m beginning to lose interest in the love story. How would I find it suddenly credible, when all I see is the revulsion and hatred coming from Kranti? The eye locks look fake.. and the more this idiocy is shown, the less convincing are the grounds for a love story to develop. You cant show two ppl who are so repelled to each other, suddenly fall in love. Not digestible.

I have seen the trend since ystdy and thats why I have been snapping at the writers / cretivs. 😡

R-K eye locks appealed a lot at tht time but now when we go back it looks artificial cuz u cud see no feelings in both of them!!

u eye-lock wit sumone when u feel sumthing for tht person .....but in last 2 -3 episodes it seems .........the ydun feel anything at all!!

they care .....we hav seen b4 ....but sumtimes i dunno where it flies !!

if u care for a person .......its not momentry ......if u care ..ua care all the time ...atleast inside u do .....if u dun want t oshow ....

but here sumtimes they show tht the ycare ......and sumtimes it luks like they can go for a kill........the things does not match .......

i think the basic prob here is .....there is no continuity in the emotions of the leads which is very much necessary in teh show!!
