These guys definitely care about each other remember when kranti had gone woth her sohan tauji to amrtisar she was about to get shot and Raj without thinking ran towards her to save her from a bullet.

There is an undercurrent of love between both of them for sure.

There was definitely an undercurrent of love from Raj's side initially but then it got overshadowed with his father's RB-Ship fiasco which made him take that printing press and Sohan tauji's case.after that Raj always tried to ignore Kranti mayb because her sight did bother him a lot😉😳
