Guys she took pills to kill herself before her marraige ceremony.

Now is it according to Birju and her mom plan or she really did it------------------------------

since we know that parents supported them but now I have feeling that they will be caught once again---------------------------------from the evils so who support them for escape drama----------------plz tell the future story line as well here?👏

First of all: Bela cannot die. She's the protagonist after all. I'm guessing we will be witnessing some hospital drama.
I don't think Sargam and Birju would come up with a plan like this. Plus Bela had that white stuff coming out of her mouth so I think she really did try to commit suicide. At least the wedding's not happening now.

Bela and Birju will have to escape somehow as soon as she gets well, but lets wait and see what actually happens.
Oh and Nigaar Khan is evil, though not as evil as Dadaji!
