Popular actress Drashti Dhami is all set to come back on the small screen opposite Mohit Sehgal in Saurabh Tewari's next venture on Sony TV.

Saurabh Tewari's next venture on Sony TV is becoming the talk of the town. As we have have already informed you about the versatile actress Ananya Khare being approached for Saurabh Tewari's next on Sony TV, the next on the development front is the lead actress for the yet untitled show.

The talented actress Drashti Dhami who was last seen in Colors' Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon has been roped in to essay the lead opposite Mohit Sehgal.

Our source informs us, "Yes, Drashti Dhami has given an audition for the lead role and has been almost finalized but the last decision is yet to be taken by the makers of the show."

Earlier a Punjabi model Harprit Kaur who was approached for the same character but things couldn't materialize and hence she is no more a part of the show.

We tried contacting Drashti but she remained unavailable for any comment.

We wish Drashti Dhami good luck for her next venture!

Iam 200 % sure this is tipicalTB mark Rumour😆 even though they tried the level best convience By writing she alredy has given audition &almost fainalized.😆IF this rumour comes out to be true[Iam sure only 0,5 chance this turns out to be true]Mohit Drashti keep giggling feel very akward while doing love scenes🤣

OMG!!!!!!!!! 😲 Really? That's really awesome! Hope it's true. I think I've gotten hold of a magic lamp all my wishes are coming true 😆 First ST show, then AVTA and now this!!!!!! 🤪 I always wanted Mohit DD in a show together they'll make such a good looking couple onscreen and the offscreen segments would be a treat to watch coz of their good rapport. Finally a costar I approve of 👍🏼 just hope it's true now I just want the show SP such an amazing cast deserves the best channel.

Arey yaar why these cross connections are being happen...before an article came of Sanaya and Vivian would be lead couple for their next show..now Drashti and Mohit...WOwww..

i would love to watch them with their own co-stars...but these cross connections pairs look also interesting...i will be happy if drashti and Mohit would be selected as a lead couple..
