There are many reasons actually... Mohit proposed her to be his gf wen he knew she would say yes to him, so that was slow.. Mohit is hasn't proposed for marriage so Mohit is slow.. he takes his time to think, take a decision, so he is slow, he takes time to open up so he is slow..
