After Nupur left Mayank's home,Mayank became very lonely and he was missing her very badly.He started spending more and more time outside the house and used to return only at the dinner time.In the dinner table also,Mayank just used to move the food unmindfully with the spoon and that too with total silence and in the bedroom,while sleeping,he just used to stare at the side where Nupur used to sleep.He stopped spending money uselessly and became very calculative about it.All the family and even Samrat saw the sudden change in him.Days passed by and total one week passed but Mayank and Nupur didn't exchange any word over phone.He tried to call her many times,but everytime,it was out of reach.One week later,Nupur's brother Adhiraj arrived in their house with the invitation letter.Everyone welcomed him inside and asked him to sit.Maadhvi asked,"To bolo beta kaisi chal rahi hai shaadi ki tayyariya?"Adhiraj replied,"Saari tayyariya to thik hi chal rahi hai,saare mehmaan bhi aana shuru kar chuke hai.Vo ma aur papa ne mujhe yaha bheja hai aapko ye card dene ke liye.Vaise to formality hai par phir bhi."By that time,Mayank too came there in the hall and Adhiraj and him exchanged formal wishes.Adhiraj,then looked around the house and said,"Vo actually papa aana chahte the yaha...vo kya hai na Nupur hamaari ek lauti behen hai upar se papa ki sabse laadli,to vo khud aana chahte the usko lene,par shaadi ke kaamo ke vajah se aa nehi paaye to unhone kaha ke main khud jaakar usey le aau.Kaha hai vo??Tayyar ho rahi hogi na andar?"The looked at him with shock and their expressions changed.They look at each other and Shekhar,stood up from his seat with a shock and asked,"Kaha hai matlab??Vo to apne ghar mein hi hogi na?"Maadhvi said,"Ha vo to ek hafte pehle hi chali gayi ghar mein.Shaadi ka ghar hai,busy hogi ye sochkar humne usey disturb bhi nehi kiya."Payal asked Mayank,"Teri to baat hoti hogi na Nupur se?"He replied,"Nehi maine jab bhi use phone par baat karne ki koshish ki to hamesha phone busy aata hai,isliye maine socha ke shaadi ke waqt to jaana hi hai tab baat ho jaayegi."Adhiraj sensed that something was wrong in there with Nupur.Earlier he was just looking from one face to another but now he raised up from his seat and asked,"Koi problem hai kya?Mera matlab hai ke...Nupur...Kaha hai vo?Vo thik to hai na?"Payal looked at everyone and then said to Adhiraj,"Nupur ek hafte pehle hi ghar ja rahi hai kehkar yaha se nikal chuki hai.Hamaara driver khud hi usey uske ghar chorkar aaya tha."On hearing the news,the earth started shaking under Adhiraj's feet and he screamed,"Kya???Par Nupur nehi aayi hai hamaare yaha.Agar aisa hota to main yaha aakar usey thore hi dhundhta?"Everyone in the house was highly tensed on the discovery of the news that Nupur didn't even reach home that day.Dhruv called the driver and asked him where he left her to which he replied that he left her outside the gate of her house only.After the driver left,Dhruv said,"Iska matlab ye hai ke ghar ke saamne utarne ke baad vo ghar pohchi hi nehi hai."Adhiraj stayed silent for sometime but was very impatient.He walked towards Mayank and said,"Meri behen itna irresponsible kaam kabhi kar hi nehi sakti hai.Vo aisi bilkul bhi nehi hai.Agar papa ko pata chala ke Nupur aise achaanak gum ho gayi hai to vo to pura sheher sar par utha lenge.Kya uske aur tumhaare beech mein koi jhgara vagera hua hai kya?"Mayank replied,"Nehi koi jhagra nehi hua hai hamaare beech mein."Mayank was in a complete trance and remembered each and every word of Nupur before she left.Payal said,"Mujhe to dar lag raha hai ke kahi Nupur ka koi kidnap aisa kuch..."Dhruv replied,"Aisa hota to abhitak phon vagera aa chuke hote."Adhiraj said,"Main abhi papa ko call karta hu phir kya karna hai ye vohi tey karenge."He took out his mobile and asked Ashok to come there as soon as possible.

Before Ashok reached there,Adhiraj tried calling Nupur several times but the number didn't exist.On reaching there,Ashok came inside all worried and enquired about what happened to Adhiraj.At first,he didn't have the guts to tell him what happened but later on he gathered courage and informed him about Nupur being missing.Ashok was so shocked that he yelled,"Nehi mil rahi hai matlab??Koi cheez hai kya vo jo kho gayi?Aise kaise kho sakti hai vo?"He was all tensed and impatient and could not believe his own ears and said,"Ek hafte pehle meri bachchi is ghar se nikli ye keh kar ke vo mere ghar aa rahi hai par vo to waha gayi hi nehi.Phir kaha gayi?Kaha gum ho gayi vo?"He walked towards Mayank and asked,"Sach sach bataao kya Nupur aur tumhaare beech mein koi jhagra hua tha?Kis baat par koi behes ya kuch.Dekho Mayank mujhse kuch chupaana mat.Meri ek lauti beti hai,bohot naazo se paala hai maine usey."Mayank replied,"Main sach keh raha hu balki main khud is baat se pareshaan hu ke vo chali kaha gayi."Ashok was feeling so helpless that he was unable to stand properly.His mind was totally blocked after he heard about his daughter being missing.He said,"Meri maasoom bachchi,aajtak jab bhi koi bhi problem aayi hamesha har baat mujhe bataayi.Vo bolti rahi ke papa mujhe yaha shaadi nehi karni karni hai,nehi karni hai,par main kuch nehi kar paaya.Uski ma ke zidd ke aagey main kuch nehi kar paaya.Ye shaadi nehi honi chahiye thi,nehi honi chahiye thi.Mujhe pura yakeen hai ke kuch to aisa zarur hua hai jiske vajah se usne aisa decision liya,varna vo kisi bhi problem se bhaagne waalo mein se nehi hai."Payal tried to protest but Dhruv grabbed her hand and stopped her from doing that.Ashok was crying and said,"Maine apni beti di thi aapko.Apni izzat,apna guroor,apni shaan saupi thi aapko aur aap usika khayaal nehi rakh paaye?Aapki koi beti nehi hai na tabhi aap log ye baat kabhi nehi samjhenge ke mere dil par abhi kya beet rahi hai.Pata nehi kaha aur kis haal mein hogi vo."He wiped his tears and said,"Main apni bachchi ko dhundh kar rahunga aur agar mujhe ye pata chala ke uspar kisi kisam ki zyaatt hui hai,to main kisiko chorne waala nehi hu.Kisiko bhi nehi.Yaad rakhna meri ye baat."Saying Ashok stormed out of the house leaving everyone extremely disturbed and sad.Adhiraj apologized on his father's behalf and said,"Main apne papa ke taraf se maafi maangta hu.Actually vo Nupur ke vajah se bohot pareshaan hai na isliye unhone ye sab keh diya.Main jaanta hu unhe ye sab nehi kehna chahiye tha."Saying he too left from there.Payal was extremely angry on Ashok's behaviour.She said,"Main samajh sakti hu ke unhe apni beti ki fikar hai par ye kya baat hui?Vo hum par aise ilzaam kaise laga sakte hai ke humne Nupur ke saath aisa kiya.Humne koi uske saath shaadi karne ke liye zabardasti to nehi kiya tha."Dhruv said,"Payal vo ek beti ke pita hai aur Nupur unki ek lauti beti hai.Tumhe samajhne chahiye ke unke dil par kya beet rahi hogi.Hamaari bhi to ek beti hai,socho agar aagey chalkar bhagwaan na kare hamaari bachchi ke saath aisa hua to?Hume unpar abhi gussa nehi karna chahiye,balki hamaari priority abhi ye hone chahiye ke hum Nupur ko dhundhe.Ho sakta hai ke vo kisi musibat mein ho aur shaayad hume contact karne ki koshish kar rahi ho par kar nehi pa rahi ho."Maadhvi and Shekhar agreed with him.While they were all discussing about Nupur,Mayank silently walked towards his room slowly and in a shattered state.

Both the BF and SF started searching for Nupur.They contacted the police and requested them to search for Nupur as soon as possible.Few days later,Samrat came to Mayank's home hurriedly and in a distraught manner and asked for Mayank.Dhruv,on seeing his condition asked,"Sanju kya hua tujhe?Kya haal bana rakkha hai tune ye apna?"Samrat replied,"Bohot urgent hai bhaiya,Mayank apne kamre mein hi hoga na?Mujhe use abhi baat karni hai."Dhruv nodded his head and then Samrat almost ran to Mayank's room.On seeing him,Mayank asked,"Kya hua tu itna ghabraya hua kyu hai?"Samrat replied,"Bhabhi ka letter aaya hai.Main do dino ke liye ghar gaya tha aur waapas aakar dekha to ye letter mere ghar ke bahaar hai.Chitthi mere naam par thi isliye maine kholkar para.Usme unhone likha hai ke isme ek aur letter hai jo main tujhe dedu vo tere liye hai.Main kal raat ko aaya tha isliye chitthi milte hi main subhe hi aa gaya."Mayank snatched the envelope and then opened it,he got another small envelope on his name inside it.He opened that envelope and found the cheque which he gave her and then a letter.He opened the letter and it was written -

"Mayank main jaanti hu ke ye letter par kar aur usse bhi pehle vo cheque dekh kar tumhe chauk jaaoge,par main vo cheque nehi le sakti hu.Maine tumse shaadi bhale hi ki thi par tumhaare paiso par mujhe kabhi koi interest nehi tha,mujhe tumhaare hisse ke paise nehi chahiye.Jabtak tumhe ye letter milega tab tak tumhe shaayad ye bhi pata chal chuka hoga ke main ghar nehi gayi.Main ghar nehi ja sakti Mayank,kyuki jab ek shadishuda larki apne pati ka ghar chorkar apne maayke mein rehne lagti hai,tab uske gharwaalo ko bohot beizzati ka saamna karna parta hai aur main ye bardaasht nehi kar sakti hu.Isiliye main tumse,apne pure parivaar se bohot dur ja rahi hu.Mujhe dhudhne ki kabhi koshish mat karna Mayank.Ek baat aur tum apni video game ki company jo kholna chahte the na usey zarur kholna.Papa ne mere 18^th birthday par mere naam par ek zameen kharidi thi jispar main apna resort banana chahti thi,vo maine tumhaare naam par kar di hai.Tumhe bohot saare paise bhi chahiye honge isliye maine papa ke company ke apne naam ke kuch shares bhi tumhaare naam par kar diye hai.Jab tum apna sapna pura karoge na tab mujhe lagega ke mera khudka sapna pura ho gaya aur ha agar tum dusri shaadi karoge na Mayank to ek aisi larki se karna jisse tum pyar karo,hamaari shaadi ki tarah zabardasti ki shaadi mat karna aur usey hamesha khush rakhna.Kabhi kisi larki ke saath aisa samjhauta mat karna ke uske saath do khubsurat pal bitaane ke baad tumhe aisa lage ke tumne koi galti ki hai.Saare gharwalo se mere taraf se maafi maang lena.Mujhe pata hai mere is faisle se sabse zyaada dukh mere papa ko hi hoga to tum please unse bhi maafi mang lena.Mere is faisle ke liye tum apne aap ko kabhi dosh mat dena.Apna khayaal rakhna.Alvida."

Mayank tore the paper out of anger and started crying by covering his face.Samrat was tensed seeing his condition and asked,"Kya hua Mayank tu aise ro kyu raha hai?"He replied,"You know main bohot bara dumbo hu,bohot dumbo hu main.Tujhe pata hai Nupur ne na apni ek zameen mere naam par kar di hai taaki main waha apni company khol saku aur apne shares bhi mujhe de diye hai.Mera diya hua cheque bhi usne nehi liya aur mujhe sab waapas kar diya hai.Vo ghar nehi gayi balki kahi aur chali gayi hai jaan bujh kar.Ye dekh par."Samrat read the complete letter and smiled and replied,"Tu sahi mein bohot bara bewakuf hai.Kyuki vo tere saath itne dino se thi phir bhi tu samajh nehi paaya ke vo tujhse bohot pyar karti hai,varna koi yuhi itna sab kuch kisiko nehi de deta.Tu bhabhi ko waapas le aa Mayank,waapas le aa."Mayank searched on the envelope for an address but he didn't find anything and said,"Yaha par to koi address bhi nehi likha hai ke jisse ye pata chale ke usne ye letter likha kaha se hai."Samrat consoled him and said,"Fikar mat hum bhabhi ko jald hi dhundh nikaalenge.Chal shaam ko milte hai."Mayank nodded his head and Samrat left from there.In the evening,while Mayank was going out,Dhruv asked,"Kaha ja raha hai?"He didn't reply anything but Payal said,"Saradin bichaara apne kamre se bahaar nehi nikla khaana bhi thik se nehi khaaya,bohot upset tha.Jaane dijiye isko bahaar thora sa man behel jaayega iska."Payal asked him to go.
