Mohit Segal

Mohit Sehgal(born on 3rd December, 1985) is an Indian actor known for his role of Samrat in the Indian television program Miley Jab Hum Tum. Since November 2012 he has been portraying the role of Siddharth Kapoor in STAR Plus's TV Indian soap opera Mujhse Kuchh Kehti...Yeh Khamoshiyaan.

Personal life

Mohit Sehgal was born at Chandigarh, Punjab, but was brought up in and received his schooling in Delhi, India. He graduated from College and eventually moved to Mumbai.

Since 2009, he has been in a relationship with his former co-star Sanaya Irani from Miley Jab Hum Tum.

Career

Mohit began his acting career in 2007 as Vicky, a college boy in the movie Delhi Heights. Mohit then made his television debut as a protagonist in STAR One's Miley Jab Hum Tum, as the loud, wealthy and flamboyant Samrat, the love interest of Gunjan(Sanaya Irani). He also briefly hosted the second series of Zara Nachke Dikha on STAR Plus with Sanaya Irani.

After the end of Miley Jab Hum Tum, Mohit took a break. In 2012, Mohit starred in the comedy film Family Aa Rahi Hai. Mohit's next major television role was as Siddharth Kapoor, the male protagonist of Mujhse Kuchh Kehti...Yeh Khamoshiyaan, which debuted on November 12, 2012.
