Gunjan was feeling really dizzy . what had she done?? How could she be so rude to samrat.? How could she judge him like that? Why was she so stupid? N why the hell was this professor shouting on the top of his viose??? Why wasn't the period ending?? N why was everyone staring at her like that??

Had she suddenly growed horns on her head??

Gunjan patted her head to make sure it didn't have any extra sprouted horn thingies.. and then shook her head .

She was behaving like an insane kid. Gunjan calm down its okay. It was just an outburst . samrat will understand wont he?? With trembling hands gunjan took out her cell phone. She had samrat's number and this will be the first time she would be texting hin .. n guess what her very first sms would contain??

Her "SORRY" for her eratic behaviour..

. sighing loudly and making all the heads in few meteres range to turn back and stare at her, gunjan typed her message, she fumbled with the send button for a few minutes before finally being able to send her first text to her love !!!

The instant sanjay shrieked his hold on nupur's cheek increased. Nupur could make out that something or someone had hit sanjay. But what did that wasn't quiet visibl;e to her.. moreover as the corrupt mayor fell in her feet and fainted she finally registered the hot tingling pain her cheeks were.. it appered that before blacking out the brute man had left his scratches on her face..

Suddenly nupur's vision blurred. May be it was because the the tears of relief rolling down her cheeks. Mayank??? Has he arrived? Who else could save them from this feat ?

She blinked her eyes clear more thoroughly and forced them to see everything around her carefully., someone was standing in front of her bent down to her waist .. she soon realised that that someone was trying to free her of the cords that tied her arms and hands to the pillar..

With two swift slashes her wristes were free.. the pain she felt surging through her veins as the blood returned to her hands, was incorrigible..

She sucked in a breadth to stop herself from screaming ..

The person who had a few seconds ago acted as her saviour stood up in put his hand across her hurt cheek, caressing her soothing her..

N= SAMRAT!!!! U r fine . oh thank god.

Nupur hugged him tightly the next second. He looked tired and it also appered as if he had a problem in keeping his eyes open.

N- samrat tu theek hai na?? kitna khoon nikal raha hai samrat..

Nupur used a piece of her dupatta and tried to stench samrat's bleeding. She noticed that he was holding a long iron stake in his right hand . so this was the thing which he used to overpower sanjay!!

s- nupur mein theek hun lets go we need to find gunjan too . I don't have any idea where is she . hope she is fine.. i.. I amm. i..

n- samrat she will be fine. Look at me nothing will happen to her ..

samrat looked into his best friends eyes for a long time . it was as if this gave him some kind of power to overcome his thrumming heart ,pounding head and vague fears.

He had to be himself he had top be if he wanted to save gunjan and take her and nupur out of this situation ..

n- samrat , I think gunjan ko isi building mein kahin rakha hai I don't know where , but how will we get her out ??there will more of these goons around..

s- I don't know. But lets get outta here first. This man shrieked loudly , soon his minions will reach this room ,

samrat turned and took the rest of the room, there was a small gap between to makeshift doors. Earlier he had ignored it as a mere flaw on the part of the engineer architect of this place.. now that he looked closely he knew it was something else .

was it fabric that was dangling from the corners of the shelf like space?? May be may be not.. they had to check it anyway..

as samrat inched closer he grew more hopeful and when he clearly begin to see what the fabric really was , his heart leaped a little.. did this mean he would be able to save gunjan and nupur from this place??

The fabric turned out to be a loose curtain full of grim, hanging from one side of the shelf. It hid a long and naroow and may be some what rickty spiral staircase that wove downwards from the room ..

Samrat ushered nupur forward and holding hands, being ever vigil and silent to they both went down th spiral staircase .. it soon became clear that this staircase was made in the far corner of an old out of work lift.. it was really difficult for samrat and nupur to weave their way down around the vent where the old life situated, but somehow they managed..

It looked as if they were almost to the end of the staircase when they heard the shriek, her shriek , gunjan's shriek

As mayank followed the glaring professor to the principal's officer he turned back and gave gunjan an assuring nod while moving out . in his wake he left the students having hush hush discussions with each other..

Gunjan was astounded who was this boy??? And why did he do ,what he did? Logically gunjan should have thought that this boy was another majnu vying for her attention. But she didn't think so. He didn't look that type moreover this boy somehow strangely resembled her father ..

Gunjan shook her head !! what was she saying , she has never seen her father lest in photographs and such stuff, how could a newbie at school resemble her dad?. Strange she really need to take her mental stability pills.. if such pills existed that is..

.As she registered that the class was literally half empty ,she finally realised that the period just got over and she was still standing in front of her bench like idiots.
