its not like that actually. mayank was just joking about falling for a girl but he was carried away and his expressions were giving away the truth about him being in love with nupur. so he just covered up with a random girl, Tina. he loved the prank afterwards so never told her about his MBA and as nupur used to get up and leave when they mentioned mayank in family conversations she didnt get the fact.
