Rohit Khurana back, Dipika out of UTV show

Last week we had reported about popular actor Rohit Khurana opting out of UTV's upcoming show on STAR Plus based on Tamil hit Kolangal owing to date issues.
Production house had started hunting for his replacement but channel was keen on having him on the show and was trying to sort out his dates. Khurana apparently has an offer from Bollywood and his dates were clashing with the shoot of the show. Things are finally sorted and Khurana is back. But the channel has now bumped into another problem of hunting for their female protagonist for Dipika Samson who was finalised to play the lead has to opt out of the show.
Informs a source, ''Channel didn't want to let go Khurana given his popularity. The shooting which was to commence by the beginning of this month got delayed and Rohit was finding it difficult to sort out his dates. Finally, he has managed to avoid the clash and is on-board as the shoot of the show has delayed further as Dipika Samson had to opt out of it. Apparently, Samson was signed on as her show Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo was tipped to go-off-air but at the eleventh hour it got an extension of 250 episodes and her character too has been increased. As a result of which Swastik Pictures, production house of Agle Janam can't relieve her. UTV is now hunting for Dipika's replacement which has delayed the shoot.''
Khurana confirmed that he is back on the show. He says, ''Yes, dates have been sorted and I am doing the show finally.'' Dipika too confirmed that she is not doing the show anymore.
