Samrat tired of Gunjan's ambition to become "the glam cry baby" gives Neil 5 crores to start the movie again.Gunjan ,who till now was eying Samrat's multi-millionare property loses interest in him and starts liking Neil who is richer by 5 crores and has a much better physique than Samrat. Gunjan then hatches a plan to bump off Samrat.Neil happily obliges and they get successful in killing Samrat by pushing him off the cliff.Nupur,in the mean-time divorces Mayank and becomes a small-time movie-critic.Mayank goes to US where he finds love again in Sheena,Samrat's ex-girlfriend.Nupur becomes pregnant of Mayank's child and gives birth to a baby boy and names him Prem.But she gets a bigger shock when she realises that Prem urgently needs a bone-marrow transplant.She calls Mayank back to India.Mayank and Nupur plan for another child who would donate his bone marrow to Prem.They get successful and finally Prem is saved.Now Mayank falls in love with Nupur again and they live happily with their 2 children Prem and Sneha.Mean-while ,Samrat didnt die but had a plastic surgery.He meets a venge-ful Sheena and both plan to kill both the Bhushan sisters. They are successful in killing both Nupur and Gunjan as well as Mayank and Neil.Sheena and Samrat get married.Finally the serial ends with Prem and Sneha,brought up by Benji and Dia entering the Excel college.
