Artificial insemination...Did Uday actually say that 😲 😲

I'm shocked after reading your post Gagan di

I no longer watch the show .....ThankGod.....!!!!!!!!

These people are ready to show anything in the name of Fun

19 year old doubting themselves they have slept with someone in the past is Just Pathetic

In Hey Baby the three men were playboys but these are college going students barely 18-19 who can they even think they slept with someone
They have also spoiled the teacher-student relation......just for some Vulgar comedy

They have damaged MJHT to such an extent I hardly find a repair for it
It has lost its Charm...........

Nidzy~

glad you mentioned it...ok I have a point to make here..from past proffessional experience I can speak that college boys DO act as sperm donors in a lot of fertility clinics...its NOT A FAD or A MYTH..so I think they did not really fabricate it...although the humor was sleazy no doubt about it 😆 I have a question though...Why is it that we can take sexual jokes in a show like FRIENDS and not in an INDIAN show..I would like to think it has to do with the way they present it..i mean not make it cheap humor...

Again I was surprised to hear it come from uday ..y uday any character in mjht mouthing it would have surprised me..coz MJHT has never closely depicted reality..n for once I beg to differ..I just hope though that would chose to portray other real youth issues...also i dont think it has much to do with 11 yr olds watching coz they watch friends too which has loads of innuendos...so I wouldnt completely like to trash it but only hope this whole locker room talk was done a lil more tastefully...

Well sonali, I started watching Friends from season 1. I used to watch it with mom, and not with dad...as it was quite odd watching it with parents...especially with dad's as I was in my teens.
I know that Indian television is mostly family oriented I think we already know that for a fact. We watch the soaps, or youth shows with our parents. I know that I used to watch Baa bahoo aur baby with them (family oriented), but with mjht, and dmg....i prefer to watch alone. why?🤔

Well reason is that these shows initially had no probs, but once it came around towards the pheli baar scene, I felt...its good I didn't tell my parents about MJHT. It either has too much of romance or scenes of Uday donating his sperm. Yes! 🤬That would be hard for my parents to digest if they are watching indian tv with me (either usa, or india) where my dadi is also floating in and out of the room!😲

Now they watch bidaai, at times together...why well b/c its the normal desi tv which does not show details or go in details of donating a sperm. Even Baa Bahoo aur baby, kichadi, or kasautii didn't have that, and their genre were different. they were certain age oriented. MJHT is a youth show...hence 13-30 yrs. Bidaai, kasautii are older age 20- 50+, so they range very different.

Friends was american show, if you live in america or born n brought up here....you really understand it. Indian Tv is indian oriented as the society has not evolved all over india (to the full extent). Also watching it with mom, was ok as women, mother-daughters can connect, but the reason why she allowed was..that she knew somewhere that her "sanskar" was not messed up. Most high school students i know were getting drunk or knocked up.. Yes and how? b/c most of their parents allowed them to that freedom. Indian Society and people who abide by it.. Now friends did have its moments of showing various content (language, sexual, etc), but it was ok, for the society it depicts.

love

oh OK aru... May be they will reveal Mayank's unknown past that he also doesn't know about....

This show is turning into drunken friends show.... they drink and they do mistakes...
oh.....oh.... now I get it.... the social message in the show is Don't drink.... because then you don't remember what happens to you.... you might get sexually molested by a teacher... or you might kiss a random girl and jeaopardize your marriage.... or you might have a one night stand which will cause a baby to pop in your future.... nice message creatives.... Don't drink... say no to alcohol... is such a noble message.... but unfortunately you are ruining all the characters in the process... and instead making a fun of your own social message.....😕

I agree Gagan...This track is good in terms of masti, entertainment but as far as the social message is concerned, its NOT at all Apt for all the youngsters who watch this show, i mean i myself have friends in this forum who are not more than 12 or 13 do they all even the meaning of Artificial insemination, I being 25 is disgusted with these scenes and dialouges of Uday, i was laughing like throughout coz we have never seen the boys doing this kind of masti or having these kinda conversations but it could have been done in a more innocent college going 19 year old manner..and the worst is Uday's part, omg the guy cant even think beyond sandwiches and burgers and talking big about artificial insemination, i seriously feel the political track was only better, atleast there was no vulgarity in tht track, it was full of sense.i would just say the baby track is cute but these dialouges that they are passing onto the youth gives me an awful yucky feeling! Great post Gagan 👍🏼

@ ragini di,

Yes, as we are older and we know guys really don't talk about this in the open nor does this happen in india (from what i know), but di the forum and viewers of the show are young teenagers..and we are young to late 20's folks..so i just hope the Creatives see the point we have. Their whole presentation on this track has been worse then any others.

I felt they want to give social messages till now, but they have crossed the line.

Remember the film Neal N' Nikki? Well that film was so vulgar..that people didn't see it with any family member ....even though it was yash raj film. People on shows like AVS mentioned that Yash Raj crossed its limit. I think the production and creatives should have draw the line based on creative input. If this show was only 17- 30 yrs range..then it would be different..at least we can agree that most target range is 24yrs.

Its really saddening. But I hope some good shall come about. If creatives need suggestions...we all are willing to offer.

You know what lets put it this way: I dont care if they want to show such jokes to the audience. Its not like my kid is watching this.

Atleast let us know in advance that this is what will be entertained so I can excuse myself.

I am not interested in watching such humor and nor do I need to be educated on it. I have enough knowledge since I myself have been working in Clinical Research for past 3 years.

Exactly why I did not watch Laughter ke Phatke as I knew what was going to be presented.

It is just a preference.

My point is this is not what the show was about and jokes were not so tasteless and I do not want to watch this type of humor.

It is not something that i expected.
