ok pleasantaries apart 😆 you said exactly what was in my mind and i kinda tried to reflect it but knew for a fact that there is no point as 99% of the forum members wont relate to it...well I am not going to justify the sudden buffonery in the name of sex comedy that the CVs came up with..I think it has to do with a change in screenplay or script wright...anyhow what did appal me was Uday mouthing it...that kid seriously has awareness issues and to come across an AI ad and trying to comprehend it would be an uphill task for him...on that account LET ME SCANDALIZE YOU FURTHER..I interned at a fertility clinic as a clinical embryologist and I know for a fact that 75% of donors are college students and THEY DO IT FOR EASY MONEY...as a matter of fact I know guys who are donors...and have also been an audience to the jokes regarding the matter..so when I heard it..I was sorta thinking of those convos..but at the same time tht this is risky business... 😆 coz I expected an uproar of this sort from the word go..and let me be more open about this..So the so called 13 yr olds are comfy watching MTV SPLITSVILLA...or a fantasy island (trust me I know of teens that do watch it) can handle physical intimacy of their fav couples in the same show but cant handle a locker room gibberish...thts my point of contention...reiterating myself...the lil bubble we all live in..almost denial to face whats happening around....but again not JUSTIFYING the characterization or the context of the dialogues in this show...reality has never been a part of this show...so y do we suddenly get hyper about it...if my guy frnds found a baby tht was apparently fathered by one of them..they wld first call it off as BS and hand the baby over to the cops...but maybe later sit together and make fun of each other..coz guys love doing that 😆

Also while we are discussing reality...(not the one shown in the show)...if Uday was 17 he wldnt be allowed to be a donor..as simple as that ...so I dont wanna think how old he was..and also the identity of a donor is kept under wraps and is strictly anonymous..its just matched with the criteria of a couple for ex- blood group, height, complexion,etc..so no one would in reality dump a baby at a donor's door...and talking of inhibitions- if we dont "PUKE" on the idea of blood donation why should we puke at the idea of sperm donation..biologically speaking they are both body fluids... can we grow up a little bit please..and be more open to somethings before disreagrding it completely

now adding something @ bold : I m sure that the 13 yr olds who watch MJHT also watch MTV splitvilla, also watch MTV roadies .. AND also watch cartoons such as shin chan .. and believ me the last one, is a LOT worse than the 2 days ago episode, it is pervertness personified that one! but well, those kids DO watch it and whether they understand it or not is another thing and also another thing whether they actually ask their parents' abt it or not .. so technically, is it really safe to watch TV anymore?

I personally feel its the parents' responsibility to keep a tab on what their kids watch .. when I was in school, my mom never allowed me to watch even hip hip hurray and just mohabbat type of shows because she felt I was too small to understand those concepts .. and its only when I grew up a lil, I watched the shows..and what are those shows? they are nothing compared to whats on TV these days .. then again, lets not even consider and think abt internet as the source of knowledge to kids..oh well, thats much MUCH more influencial than TV is..since TV only mentions certain things, internet/google actually explains stuff! soo again, it all depends on how the kids are raised in a particular family or what their parents allow them to watch/serf on the internet and what they dont ..

also, if THEY themselves dont find it out..either from the TV or the internet, because they are really not allowed to do so from their own residence .. then they will hav discussions amongst their friends..and I kno this for a fact coz I hav heard my 15 yr old bro asking me certain questions and I m like WTH? 😆 coz I for one, know for a fact what he watches on TV, what he serfs on the internet and YET these kinda questions apalled me for 2 min .. then I realised the source!

SO, no ways can v blame ONLY television as the source for passing on info to the kinds .. its only ONE medium of passing wrong info to the kids .. and even that can b avoided if proper care is taken in the first place ..

lastly, I m in no way justifying the track/makers here .. all I know is that the makers NEVER EVER gave ANY kind of social message to the viewers ... please I hav to know ONE instance when they gave any kind of social message .. they SAID they wil giv "social message" thru the eve teasing track but that was wrapped up acc to will of the viewers and never did that message even materialise..they said they'd also tried to giv social message thru the MN marriage track, which stil has to b seen and judging by the sudden scenario, I dont think its possible ..

now, MJHT was never even in an iota of reality, not even from the first day .. a girl shot in the heart, gets into a coma and is paralysed because her spinal cord is affected? what IS her anatomy exactly? a college where students havent given exams in the past 10 months or even attended classes in 5-6 months..is NOT reality .. a college where there are ONLY 7-8 students around whom the entire life revolves .. a college which shuts down and reopens randomly..wher students are given holidays for days together without even questioning why so that they can go either on their honeymoon or to cure their paralysed girlfriends .. a show where mom, dad, sisters, grandmas, grandpas, uncles and aunties and such other imp family persons are added and subtracted as per the creatives' convenience .. where STUDENTS also are added and subtracted from the coll in a random manner and everybody sings and dances in corridors and in every part of the college ... where ther is NOT one sensible teacher in the entire college, the principle is as stupid as dodo is .. so what was ther to b respected abt that 'educational system'? and I m honestly not talking abt the recent times, I m talking right from day one..when was ther ONE sensible teacher in the entire coll who taught them real values and real principles of life? either they are hot and sexy like miss aha or they are ultra boring like shukla .. or very strict and adamant like deodhar ..

when was ther one incident apart from the couples' love story that we hav taken away home and it still lives inside us that says, ok thats the charm of MJHT? or any one incident that has actually taught us something abt life or inspired us to do something in our own lives?

ther was nothing .. it was nowher close to reality .. the ONLY realistic aspect prob is the character sketch and that too, some of us find unrealistic and then ther is the characters' emotions or their interpersonal reationships... and even some of THOSE are half baked - bauji-daughters relationship, mayank-mom relationship left midway, sam-suhaani relationship left midway, sisters' beautiful bond tarnished and charred midway jus to create new "twists" in the show .. but, most importantly, what REALLY held us on for the longest of times wer either of the couples and their journey in this show - either MN or SG .. and its only BECAUSE of them that v all are at this forum right now and discussing such stuff .. because we all loved their relationships .. and thats what drew us to MJHT in the first place actually ..

MJHT was purely an entertainment package and its jus the way u view it or what attaches u to it that matters .. ok, I agree that the recent bits at the so called "attempted" sex comedy werent shown in from day one and hence the sudden uproar..had they been shown from day one then prob the audience wud hav been automatically segregated ..

@ bold : AJ I never mean to attack u personally here ..

but u know what, in the name of east v/s west as u say, v hav been justifying MJHT right from the beginning, and sometimes we justify it to others..sometimes we justify it to ourselves ..the second one is probably the recent times when MJHT is at its deepest of pits ..

I agree, hge explanations dont make these things right now .. but nor did they make those things in the earlier MJHT right or wrong..exactly one yr ago .. because, they wer purely our perspectives which v always tried to explain to others ..and v hav been doing those since ages u kno..whether its tha ever going SG v/s MN .. or the M v/s S or N v/s G .. or MN fans v/s SG fans .. rati v/w sanaya .. mohit v/s arjun .. intimacy v/s non intimacy .. character assasination v/s non character assasinations etc or here right now .. whether what was shown on MJHT 2 days back was right or wrong ..

v always gave huge explanations abt how v thought things wer right in MJHT .. and the other person had felt they wer wrong .. and v spent our lives and souls making the other person understand and accept our POVs when the fact of matter is that both cud b right at their places...and wrong at the other person's place ..or vice versa too!

and if u remember throughout MJHT..then this is one thing that has been very very common on this forum..

I m in no way justifying the current track or how ethical or right it is or should be..all I m saying is that, during all THOSE times when we wer considering a particular aspect of the show as right, ther wer others who didnt consider it as right..the diff here is that, here majority find it wrong, there, majority found it right .. now does it mean what was shown then was right? or whats shown right now is wrong?

However, LOGIC is more specific.

The question -- > How can a guy who is innocent & stupid have donated his sperm and that too when he was a minor.

How can that be shown in a show that had more or less maintained a certain level in its jokes? Can this not be considered a certain deviation ?

Whats the explanation? that it is acceptable because TV has much worse? ISnt that exactly why this is the show people tune to? So if this joins the crowd, then why watch this ..we might as well watch those, am sure logic has more place in those.

completely agree wid u..sorry dont know yer name..if u read wat i wrote i said the same reason appalled me..as to how on earth was dodo even aware of it..I have no means of justifying the whole convo in this show..neither m i going to 😆 but but all I was trying to get at if u read a lot of the posts..ppl are eekkking wid AI n sperm donation which are real procedures...if u can accept intimacy why cant u accept other real facts...Again I am no one to force it on anyone...i just think its lack of awareness on the most part....
