I can write a book on Nupur. I love her character that much. Nupur by heart is very loyal and very delicate. She was right when she said he shook the very foundation of their love.
In my POV , She will not let him come near her. She would want to listen to him, the real reasons. His insecurities ( don't tell me doesn't have any. that's just not normal) . She will punish him by keeping her distance from him yet again she won't for very long because she knows how much she loves him. he needs to be around her, all the time just to make her believe he is never leaving her alone. That means ehsaas not the physical proximity.
Nupur by character is extrovert and exbhisionist. She loves to show off and he is hers to show off. He is taking it away from her. Not only that he is accusing her of the very fact. She will want to flaunt her love. That's who she is. She won't do it for very long because she came froma conservative background and she will back off.
