MODS,

I hav jus one small question to u all ..

this is an OPEN DISCUSSION FORUM .. right ?? my emphasis being on every syllable of the word .. ppl here are allowed to discuss WHAT they want.. in WHATEVER way they want..right? multiple topics for one single epi/scene are closed down .. EVEN WHEN, what v wanna discuss doesnt fit into what the topic starter has posted in her topic..we are forced to discuss it ther !!!

NOW..when v discuss ALLL the epis/scene in ONE single topic..even THAT is closed down .. may I ask WHY?

if its on the grounds of hurting any fellow members, then m sorry, ther has been only and only thorough discussions going on in ther .. did the mods even hav the patience to check thru ALL the pages before closing down the topic ??

if its on the grounds of chatting/spamming .. then heck, ALL the so called "mansions and paradises" need to b closed down and u can check every freaking post ther .. it begins wit a "hey..whats up.." has something like "sajan wer soo januable today..soo cute today " and ends wit "okie..byee gnite!" there is NEVER a discussion going on in ther .. inspite of that, these topics are NEVER closed down..may I ask why ??

I wil not shut up until u give me a logical answer to these questions and tell me WHY my topic below was closed down soo brutally and soo harshly ..

OK I have 1 complaint-

Why was the thread in which the topic maker said that 'rati is improving' was closed,the topic maker was just giving her opinion.

My brain fails to understand what is wrong in that.There have been several posts or topics criticizing mohit's, sanaya's or even arjun's acting skills.Especially mohit's,members have kept on posting a pic with his expressions and putting several rofl emoticons there,isn't this more disrespectful than a postwhich says-'rati is improving'?So why weren't this topics closed?Why such special treatment to rati or her fans.

Please clarify this.

The topic starter intended to mock Rati there...Criticising is different from mocking the actor/actress.

Even I have seen pictures of Mohit with emoticons etc and all these topics were also duly closed.

2 wrongs not make a right.

Rati is one of those few actors who has rarely given a wrong expression, and her improvement should have been noticed in scenes where she had abundant scope to perform not in a scene where she was as good as ever. Again, if u say its the topic starters POV, so be it, FOR EG- if u r under-going recession and my POV is that the economy is improving doesnt mean that the economy is actually improving.

How do you know that the topic maker was mocking her?,the topic maker also posted another topic in which she clearly stated that it was not a mocking post.

I still dont understand how that topic was mocking rati...because how she is performing in the show is a subjective matter...some people might think she wasn that good before but now is improving and some might think she was the best from the beginning....its a matter of personal choice and not really a fact...because there is no scale to measure how someone is performing in a show....I am just giving rati as an example...same with mohit.....I think he is amazing but some people think he still needs to improve and everyone has a right to have their own opnion on this....so I dont understand why people get offended by these opinions....noone can change anyone's thinking so if you dont like what they are saying then give your pov on it and leave it at that..... on the other hand mocking a actor with pictures and emoticons was just not cool and that topic went on for pages and pages....

^^ There are facts and then there is subjectivity. U cant chose subjectivity over facts.

I m sure if someone who u think is not a Mohit fan, had opened the exact same topic on Mohit, you would have raised the same issue,. its a matter of expression, the use of emoticon and the usage of words. The post seemed to make mockery of a fabulous actress, if people chose to report it, it is their choice.

I m not saying that Mohit's post that went pages was any different, just that..it did get closed as well. I remember this once..somebody had posted a picture of samrat and no emoticons used, (i think it was the flying bit during khabar nahi) and without any words or emoticons used, there were adverse reactions from fans of Mohit. Now, its not like something was said, but u take that as making mockery of Mohit and the same applies here.

Well closing any topic or giving a warning to any post which has rofl emoticons below a particular actor's or actress' pic is right,because that is not criticizing and only bashing but a post saying that a 'particular actor or actress has improved' has nothing wrong in that because it is just criticizing that actor's or actress' acting in previous scenes,it should not be considered bashing or mocking.

though I am not an MN fan, I absolutely adore Rati as an actress..But I have friends who do not find her that gr8..So everybody has a right to their opinion. If the topic starter felt that she is improving, it is her opinion. cannot understand why the topic should be closed.
I think there have been several posts for Mohit which did not get closed till it reached 20-30 pages.
But here even though the topic starter said that she is not mocking Rati, the topic got closed within 5 pages.
I adore Mohit and did not mind people mocking him since it does not change my opinion...but here I felt the topic should not have been closed.

Let me just say this and end it... This is not the first time the topic maker has made fun of RP as a actor ... he has very low tolerance towards MN fans ... and also complained that Mods are MN fans so keep MN topics longer... Even when SG fans opened a meaningful MN topic we participated.... if we could... check out posts...

he made some Nupur topics we didn't find nothing wrong with but we didn't participate either....

If I know this person's intention is discussion sure I will participate....but if I see this as instigatory post I will report it.. it is my choice...

just not the initial topic...look at the following responses by the topic starter..... really honestly if people think this is a neutral post...then I beg to differ...

Regarding other character posts...I don't really know who opens them, I don't read because I have nothing to say.... I can almost guarantee it can't be MN fan...an MJHTian may be.... we stopped posting about SG long time ago....
