Fabulous analysis Sookie. This is exactly how Mayank WAS. Anmd I adored him so much for that. But this Mayank seems completely alien.

*sigh* If only the creatives' knew what a gem of a character they've lost- who sadly can never be found again.

Hi, very well written analysis.......but i also want u write abt the positive changes that came to his character after falling in love with nupur. coz, to me he is still in character even though many may disagree!!!

@prasanthi - Welcome! Mayank is unique and there is no doubt about it. I think its more of his own personal principles colliding with her pleading eyes. I wonder what overcomes which trait in them.

Let me make it clear... Isnt this Mayank as a person too IDEALISTIC.. the only flaw I could get was he doesnt loosen up.. but starngely that seems to work in his favour coz he comes across as COMPOSED , mature for his age, sensible and man of few words.

Which makes me wonder-- is he totally satisfied with himself... does he not miss being otherwise like his peers??? I believe we fall for someone coz they complete us in someway-- correct me if i'm wrong...

.. But I would love to know WHAT DOES make him trip??? WHY DOes he find a alpha female (like you
explained ) endearing??? Why does he find her personality attractive ?? How would he react to the idea of him falling in love ??? Would that disturb his balanced state of mind??

Which would lead to this question- IF he does fall for such person, would there be a change in him-- 1) if yes-- why and how and what 2) If no-- why?

I would absolutely love to read your take on all these.
