Now regarding the topic in question.....generally speaking, the show is down the drain.....the problem with SG is that their storyline has been dragged beyond belief and as you mentioned, the 'friendship' bit wayyyyyy overdone.....so whatever little pull was there in the beginning is also not left anymore....Gunjan has become too mahaan and self-sacrificing meena kumari types and Samrat....LOL....I better not get started on him.....that masha allah 'confused' expression on his face....permanent hi hogaya hai ab toh.

Baaki obviously all the fans will hang on to see how the final realization/confession turns out to be.....but given all this dragging etc, the creatives are watering down any effect it could possibly have as well eventually.

i agree, sacrifice, frndship, confusion have become too much n almost permanant
off topic - i hated this confusion face on mayank during this realization
in a way confused sam is better than confused mayank ... jus my POV, not 2 hurt anyone

@bold - anu, i think we should we (fans) should b well prepared for the worst always, so that we'll b able 2 digest watver crap they show
n i jus hope the atleast the final confession will b good, even though they the rest part is....

Piya, you don't have to keep your words to yourself. Forums are meant for discussions and you shouldn't hold back your opinion just because someone may not like it. So please go ahead and say what you feel about the subject. :-)

I completely agree! Not only has their charm as a couple lessened, but the characters have gone haywire. I think apart from Dia, no character has shown much positive development. If anything, they're all getting more and more unrecognizable by the day.

@ kabuli16 - Me too. I wasn't too find of his flirtatious nature back then but compared to the current one I'd take the old Samrat.

@ jenny - I wonder why Mohit-Sanaya don't play SG as a future couple instead of permanent friends. The script obviously plays a huge part in this but somehow I feel that their off-screen rapport is translating into the show. In real life they're close friends and going by their SBS segments, Sanaya practically treats Mohit like a brother. In the show they seem to be playing their characters like that.

Don't say that Sarah. Sanaya treating Mohit like her brother?? 😲

I must have missed a segment of that way.. They act more like a couple off screen than they do on screen 😆 😆 😆

^ LOL! Dude, they do give out a bhai-behen vibe in real life. Or maybe it's just me. I hope I'm not upsetting any Monaya shippers but the only time I saw them behaving like a couple off screen was during that magazine photoshoot on the beach. At that time I seriously suspected if they had something going on. :P

But generally on SBS they seem like friends only. *shrugs*

No, you are not offending anyone, but I have not seen bhai-bhen vibe at all. Infact, the off screen displays more of a triangle than anything else.

Have you seen them on HA? They were behaving more * but that does not matter.

I better see some old chemistry back soon.

^ HA as in House Arrest? Which one? I've only seen the one about RV and Samrat's fight scene. Mohit, Sanaya and Rahul were goofing around but I don't remember anything else about that segment.

As for Monaya's off screen rapport, I suppose to each his own. Chemistry (just like beauty) is in the eye of the beholder. I'm sure there are many people who think Monaya give out a romantic vibe in their interviews and I respect that. I don't personally see it very often but everyone has their own likes and dislikes. As I said, to each his own. :-)

I'm glad that we both agree on the fact that SG's track needs to get better. Here's hoping for the best! *fingers crossed*
