If only salwaar-kameez considered then i think nupur should wear the dress which she wore in jaage jaage because in that song nupur was not real real. she came in mayank dreams. So, i think she should wear that dress oor something in white as white is mayank's favourite colour.

I think the essence of Mayur Date should be the much needed & terribly lacking in so far, DEPTH factor, which can effectively shown only if the scene has simplicity, sweetness & substance…As Kavya, has said very rightly, that it should not be turned into a gala, filmy event……As far as clothes are concerned, they should keep it very simple & casual, it should not overpower the feel of the scene…Mayank could dress like any regular College goer…like how he used to in the beginning of the show….& for Nupur, I feel that "less is more", she is a natural beauty which is most pronounced when she has the least make-up…so for her, a natural no make up look, with pretty but simple clothes, but MOST DEFINITELY, with her lovely, long hair left loose……

I'm actually quite disappointed with Mayank's mom's b'day scene getting chopped off…the date is a lovely idea, but personally, I would've wanted to see the trio at his Mom's b'day, because the lady herself is a fabulous actor & shares a superb chemistry with both Mayank & Nupur….would have preferred to see it over the date….

I completely agree with you. I dont want it to be a planned, grand, Yashraj style event. Clothes, make up and appearances arent what MN's relationship is about. Not that I dont want them to wear nice clothes or look good, but I dont want it to go over the top. We cant let the main purpose of the date be spoilt just for our own wish fulfillment. Clothes can be focussed upon at some offscreen party - but at this point in the show, conversations and bonding is what is important. A premeditated, specially prepared for date would be awkward and sumthing I dont want at all.
