As mayank read this in the daiary, he was so happy and emotional that tears started to roll down his cheeks. He was on cloud 9. He heard Nupur's voic, so he instantly rubbed his tears off and put the diary back. Nupur walked in, talkin to Gunjan on the phone, and with Samrat following her.
Nupur(toGunjan): Magar, thum loog tho abhi, abhi ghar gaye!
Samrat: Bhabi please. Bahut maaza aayaga.
Mayank has no clue abouth what they are talking so he takes the phone from Nupur.
Mayank: Kya baath hai Gunjan? Thum loog kya argue karr rehe ho?
Gunjan: Jeju, Samrat ka idea tha ki mein aur uday bhaya aaj raat ke liya vaha aaye-like a sleepover.Mein yehe baath di ko batha rehe thi par Di......
Mayank: I will talk 2 u'r Di, u and Uday-freshen up and come.
Gunjan: Jeju, love you. You are the best.
Mayank: love u too, see ya.
Mayank puts the phone down and looks at Nupur and Samrat talking.
Nupur: Teek hai Samrat. Par pehle Mayank ko tho pucho.
Samrat [(very happy)-huging Nupur]: Love you Bhabi, you are the best. Bhai ko tho mein batha dunga.
Both smile and realize that Mayank finished talking and is watching them.
Samrat: Bhai...
[Mayank cut's him before he spoke any further]
Mayank: Mujhe pata hai, i already told Gunjan and Uday to come.
Samrat: Mein phir Dia, bhaya-bhabi, aur chintu ko bathat dhunga.
(Chintu standing at the door)
Chintu: Mujhe already patha hai. Aur ye idea mein ne di, Samrat ne nahi.
They all laugh. Samrat takes chintu and leaves. Nupur goes for a shower.
Mayank is sitting on the bed and is lost in thought.
Mayank is thinking: She loves me too, and she's waintin for me to propose. I should make it special.But what should i do-how should i do? Take her to a restaurent-No. No i should plan out something romantic-like flowers=but what? Think Mayank, think!
He was thinking really hard and came out of his deep thinking when Nupur came out, wearing white again, with her hair wet. She looked liake a fresh flower that just blossemed. As always, Mayank could'nt take his eyes off her.
Nupur: Mayank thum mujhe aaise kyun kyun dekh rehe ho.
Mayank: Huh! Vo, kuch nahi. Shall i dry your hai? You'll get sick, and today you were totally soaked in water for a long time.
Nupur (laughs): Mayank! I just came from a shower!
Mayank (to himself): Mayank, yeh thum kya bool rehe ho, and don't stare at her like this. You see her everyday, get used to it.
Nupur: Thum, kya bool rehe ho Mayank?
Mayank: Kuch nahi.....
Just then someone knocks on the door. Dia, Samrat, Gunjan, Uday and Chintu enter.
Mayank & Nupur: thum sab...ithne jaldi aagaye.
Time was going really well. Aarman and Riddhima also joined in.
All of them were enjoying. They played various games. The went to the terrace-played antakshari (boys vs. girls). Chintu wanted to play tag so they all played-running around and enjying like little children do.
They lost count of time, untill chintu said that he is tired and is feeling sleepy. It was 2:50. They went to the basement, but lots of matresses together and made a huge bed.(spacious enough for 20 people to sleep comfortably). They got onto it and started talking about their childhood. Chintu slowly dozzed off on Nupur's lap. After a long while Armaan and Riddhima said they are also ver sleepy now and took chintu and left to their room. Samrat immidiately shifted on to Nupurs lap. Gunjan's head was already on Mayanks lap. Dia also comfortably placed her head on Uday's lap. Their conversation didn't stop.
Their talk continued from childhood to present. From everyopne's favourite color to favourite food. From everyones strengths to everyones weaknesses. About college-----from Samrat's basketball and girls drooling over him to gunjans Singing talent. Dia's crush on a new student Ranvijay to Uday's crush on CJ, his best friend. Mayank and Nupur's college incident's and memories. They talked about everything. They laughed eachother, teased eachother and above all they all knew that this night would remain a memorable night in their lives. They did'nt realize, but through this talk, they knew everything abouth eachother-there were no secrets kept from eachother. They all had become so close that they knew nothing in this world would break the bond they share. (they got ot know about eachother inside-out.)
Slowly Samrat, gunjan and Dia, dozzed off on nupur/mayank/Uday's laps. Uday also dozzed off on Mayank's shoulder. Mayank also slowly close his eyes on nupur's shoulder.
It was raining outside, Nupur wanted to go out and play in the rain. Nupur slowly moved Samrat's head to the pillow and Mayanks to the wall behind them. She gfot up and started to move everyone to comfortable position and placing pillows under their heads. After anout 15 minutes, she finished moving every on to comfortable-normal sleeping positions on the big bed and covered them with Blankets. All this while she had'nt realized that Mayank was awake and was watchingg her with a smile on his face. Mayank seeing her turn, immidiately closed his eyes and acted asif he is asleep. She came closer to him, kissed him on his forehead and said goodnight. She immidiately got up and startded walking slowly leaving Mayank in deep feeling.
Nupur as she walked talked to herself: Thank God hum already Bed par hai, varna mujhe sabko move karna mushkil ho ja tha aur shayad sab ko body pains struggle karne padthe.
Mayank heard Nupur and a smile crept on his face. He slowly opened his eyes and saw Nupur going upstairs. He wondered where she is going. He saw the time,it was 6:30.(they all were talking till 6:25 and then slowly dozzed off). Mayank slowly tip toed upstaires, but couldn't find Nupur. At last he went to the terrace and stood there frozen looking at Nupur.
It was raining hard. The clouds hid the clouds completely that it was still dark (like nightime).
Nupur was drenched in rair and is playing/dancing-turning round and round. Her face was all lit up.
Mayank slowly started to move towards Nupur. Nupur ofcoursem did'nt notice.
He went closer. Nupur turned and found Mayank on his knee. (he was obvously getting wet too). Nupur was surprised .
Nupur: Mayank! Thum! Thum kab aaye. Thum tho so rehe the. Aur aise gutno pe kyun bate ho jaise ki kisi ko propose kar rehe ho.
(Nupur did'nt realize what she said and it was very obvious to Mayank that still the words she shaid did'nt sink into her mind)
Mayank: Nupur-I love you. I love you, and will always love you even after death. Thum he milne se phele mein sooch tha tha ki -ye rishta kay kehlata hai?-magar thum he milne ke baad mere dil ne javab dia ki - I love you-.
(Mayank stretches his hand out)
Nupur wasn't expecting it right now. She was surprised. She was happy and tears started to rush out of her eyes. The rain covered it all up but Mayank knew. Nupur Place her hand in his and said I LOVE U TOO.
Mayank already knew that but to hear it directly from Nupur-it was a moment to cherish!
Even his eyes watered-Nupur knew taht aswell. They just looked into eachother's eyes.
They did not speek but let their eye's speeak.
Mayank's hands on Nupur's waist and Nupur's hands around Mayank's neck.
Unconciously they began to slowly dance together.Their full attention on eachother. The rain was pouring hard but neither of them had any attention of going inside. They got closer and closer and shared a continuous eye lock-their lips met. They shared their first kiss. Lasted forever.
They could feel the unconditional love they had for eachother and they knew they knew that nothing in this world held such importance in their life than the importance that eachother held in their life.
