wht is ths yaar... i mean i do agree tht may b in sme collgs u can join in d middle of a semester due to whtever reasons..but xcel college ne toh hadh kardi yaar..koi bhi kabhi bhi muh utha k aa jata hai..!!! pehle rv nw ths sheena...!!!its lyk a daily basis p koi bhi aa jata h yaar..!!!
