sticky thread for PD

ok i hav suggestion dat.. wen PD posts scoops, so many comment on it dat it gets lost sumwhere in pages....... so i want a new sticky thread specially to be made for PD..... where she wud post all scoops... plz do sumthin, anything but we dont want scoops to get lost sumwhere in future scene thread.. or else let sum1 make a thread for collectiion of all scoops of PD wid no comments allowed in dat one.......... plzz😳
